High quality car provided
High quality car provided in excellent condition. Booking process was easy, clear and fairly priced. The check in area was very busy but the staff were efficient in getting us on the road.
The only issue I had was trying to contact the airport desk when stuck in UK to let them know our flight was significantly delayed - when calling the desk no-one answered (which is understandably if they were busy) but all I got was a recorded message in Italian which I could not understand with no english option available. Hope they address this issue as the stress of trying to talk to someone to retain a booking is not good when stuck on a delayed flight.
The good news is my car was still reserved unlike other passengers on our flight who lost the bookings with other companies?

Stress free collection
Stress free collection - we paid for an insurance policy in the UK which was separate from the rental insurance (and much cheaper). This fully covered us for damage and Locauto were fine accepting this. We were really lucky as well because they upgraded us to a bigger car for free which was a luxury to drive around in. The booking process was relatively straightforward but quite involved so you do need a good 30 minutes to complete that. The service once we got to the rental garage was great and we didn’t feel pressured into buying anything extra and felt we were treated fairly when returning the vehicle.

Efficient booking, pick-up and delivery process
the rental car we got was almost new. Check-in and check-out went very fast and efficiently through paperless process via a tablet. No annoying efforts to sell us extra insurances, as we were already fully covered at booking the car in advance. Staff were very friendly and helpfull

Great Rental Experience, Excessive Fuel Charge
We rented a car from Locauto in Italy for a two-week trip, and overall the experience was very positive. The booking process was straightforward, the pickup and return procedures were efficient, and the vehicle was in good condition throughout our trip.
The only issue we encountered was the fuel charge at the end of the rental. We returned the car with approximately three-quarters of a tank instead of a full tank, and while we understand that additional charges apply in such cases, the amount charged seemed disproportionately high compared to local fuel prices. Combined with the refueling service fee, the total cost felt excessive for the amount of fuel missing.
Aside from this, the service was professional, and we were satisfied with the overall rental experience.

The worse company ever,,
The worse company ever,,, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.!!
So i rented a car for 1 day (150€) definitely wasnt worth that price, which it should max be 30-40€ but anyways for emergency i agreeed , so driving to milan and back, On the way back the weather was awful and There was a hailstorm, so the car apparently had some dents on the roof, so now they asking me to pay 1270€ in damages for something that happened from the nature and theres nothing i could of done to stop it, or stop in middle of motorway.!! The dents could of been there before , or they was done during that storm, we dont know , but one thing for sure i will definitely take this mattter up to court and will never ever pay them .!!
DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND.!!!!!! THEY WILL SCAM YOU.!!!
