Service was great when we collected our car in Verona. We were very lucky to get a brand new T-Roc. Lady that assisted us was brilliant.
Drop off at MXP - T2 was so easy.
Drove straight up to the Locauto booth and met straight away by staff. Again, the lady was brilliant and we were out of there in 5 minutes.
All round a great experience.

Great rental experience.
Used in Verona Airport. Smooth pick up and drop off. Staff friendly and helpful and didn't push the additional insurance when I declined. Car was like new. Highly recommend.

Excellent experience with Locauto! After being unexpectedly refused by another rental company because of unnecessary bureaucracy regarding my driving licence, the team at Locauto immediately stepped in to help.
They arranged a rental car for me in less than 5 minutes, with a very professional, efficient, and customer-friendly approach — no unnecessary complications or endless paperwork.

Superb and quick service
I had Peugeot 208, asked if the upgrade is available, got Audi A3 automatic for extra 4 or 5 eur per day, was the best decision for 8 days rental.
