Easy to book
Easy to book, collect, drop off and speak to customer service both online and in person at the airport.
We were worried about the drop off point as we had to drop off before the desk opened, but it was easy and there were no hidden costs.

This rental agency should be avoided at all costs! They are nothing but thieves.
We picked up the car with the fuel tank not completely full, yet we were required to return it with a full tank. So we filled it up the evening before returning it. When the pump automatically stopped, I assumed the tank was full and stopped refueling. The fuel level was exactly the same as when we received the vehicle (with photos as proof).
They charged us for 4 liters of missing fuel at €2.72 per liter, plus more than €50 in service fees for supposedly refilling the tank themselves, making a total charge of €61.44 — even though we had filled the tank the night before and only drove 4 km to the airport!!!!
After submitting a complaint, they told me that I had signed a contract stating the tank was full and that I should have reported the issue when picking up the vehicle. But when the contract is not in your language and you are exhausted after traveling, you do not necessarily think about doing that. That is exactly why I took photos, just in case…
Avoid, avoid, avoid this agency. They are thieves.

Be careful, you have to pay extra
The car was ok. Only wat very strange was: We had worry free, all risk. But when we picked up the car the woman said that we have to pay extra in case there happened something with the car, otherwise we had to pay 250€. So than we paid… But that’s not ok. So we will never hire a care here anymore. Because we never paid this by other car rentals.

If I could have done a zero, I'd have done so.
Real scam. Taking full amount of charge for a very small damage I was even not responsible for.
I'll pursue them in justice via my legal counsels and lawyers and let this know on all platforms and social media. Nobody should rent from this company.
