I am happy with the car I was given but not what I ordered. The lady that gave me the car did not explain anything about it. It was very very difficult to find the locauto office at verona station because no-one explained were it is and no-one answered the phone call I made. Price was good.

The agent was very helpful and friendly, didnt try to upsell the insurance which normally happens, there was no queue which is always good after you had a long travel day. From getting to hire desk we were on the road in 10 minutes.

Had the best experience, with smiling staff to brand new car, to a nice little upgrade for my family of 5. Staff at the counter were super nice told me everything i had to know emphasised on the fact that the tank need to be full when returning the car, and as i rent cars all over the world i was fully aware of this fact so it’s always nice to know again. Was shown to my car which was in pristine conditions and on my return i handed the keys back and that’s it. I was bot charged unfairly for anything extra afterwards. I gave the car back as it was given to me, full tank and in the same condition. And i had nothing to worry about.

We have only 5 days for our trip. At the same time we want to see Verona, Venezia and Garda lake. We decided to take a small car. As a result fiat panda was as our choice. The car that we rent was new. For 2 adults and one child it is a good choice. In all places that we stayed we have underground parking. Due to narrow streets the Fiat Panda was a great choice and we were able to parking without stress despite narrow streets and ramps. The car has all needs for travels: apple car play(usb cable is needed), A/C. The car was hybryd so the fuel consumption was good. The service was great and we company has key box that helps people to return keys outside working hours. So I am happy about price - quality for Fiat Panda and can recommended the new hybrid Fiat Panda for small trips for 2 adults and 1 or 2 children
