The Owners are so helpful. I hosted a woman's health and wellness retreat here and it was perfect ! My Ladies loved it .
My husband hosted his men's retreat here on a different occasion and spoke so highly of it too.

As soon as you drive through the gates you are transported into luxury and connected to nature. The setting and grounds are so healing and tranquil . The house has everything you need and is 5 star. I cant recommend this place enough. We will definitely be back .

Absolutely beautiful home set in stunning grounds. The views alone are worth a stay!
The house is well renovated managing to feel luxurious but cosy at the same time. There is plenty of space for 12 guests and ample kitchen facilities.
The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Modern bathrooms were lovely.
All in all we had a brilliant time staying at Lochieheads. We used the house as a base for the bridal party for our wedding at Backhouse Rossie. It was the perfect setting for us and we would definitely recommend.

Lochieheads has been refurbished to a very high standard. The location, facilities and communication were all first class. It’s a great venue for a special event or large family gathering.

Lockieheads Country Estate is the perfect country space, which oozes pure luxury in every way. The property is immaculately presented blending both modern and traditional features perfectly to create an impressive home which has an instantly calming atmosphere. There are modern touches throughout and with each bedroom having an en suite is a huge bonus for groups of friends. The layout of the property suited our needs perfectly, allowing for social cooking and dining and relaxing in the large lounge and through to the games room. The property is perfectly placed for visits to St Andrews and lovely country walks. The grounds of the property is also a lovely treat and the walled garden was striking.

A huge thank you to the owners for making our stay seamless and having the property presented in an incredible well manor - the place was spotless! We wouldn't hesitate to go back again and recommend it to all of our friends looking for somewhere to stay in the area.

We spent a fabulous weekend at the house celebrating a friend’s 30th birthday.
The house itself is beyond beautiful. Inside and outside is simply stunning!
The house is clean and presented to a very high standard. The grounds are lovely and home to some local wildlife (we enjoyed spotting the deer and red squirrels in the morning).
It has everything you could possibly need for a fun weekend and just a short drive to explore St Andrews.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lochieheads to anyone looking for a great escape to the Scottish countryside! We definitely plan to come back.

We visited Lochieheads to celebrate my 30th Birthday weekend. The house and grounds were absolutely stunning!
The house was immaculate. There was not one single fault! Hannah was a brilliant host and quick to respond to any email or text. She also had a bottle of Moët waiting on us to start the celebration. We will definitely be back in the near future as we had the most amazing time! And it’s dog friendly which is a massive bonus!

Incredible house! We were 7 adults 2 children and a baby, and spent the week prior to Christmas at the house. Everyone loved it! The rooms are all spacious with luxurious bathrooms, the kitchen is a pleasure to cook in and is large enough for everyone to have breakfast. We used the dinning room for large family meals and was very comfortable. The living room was just so comfortable, think fire place with hot chocolates and kids watching movies on the big screen. Games room was a bonus, I had forgotten there was the pool table! We didn’t use the bar but I can imagine it is fun to hang out in and make cocktails! The grounds are lovely, we went when there was quite a bit of snow so the kids loved playing around, we went on some nice walks around and even saw horses right by the house which was lovely. In all, we had a great stay and have already recommended the place to our friends. And just to mention that Hannah is so lovely and helpful, and was very responsive to my many emails prior to our stay and answered all questions. Wish I could go back… my house seems so small in comparison:)

Lochieheads House is amazing. From the minute you arrive you are just blown away with the attention to detail. It is like living in your own stately home, if only for a few days. The house is both traditional and modern and it works very very well. We were a group of 11 and a new baby and although most of the time we were together there was plenty of room to find a little space all to yourself. Every bedroom was en suite, spacious and comfortable, underfloor heating in the bathroom, gorgeous fluffy towels and great bedding. The kitchen was modern and fully equipped and large enough for everyone to help with the cooking. The lounge is traditional and very "Scottish" but in a good way !! plenty of seating for us all. There is also a small bar and a pool room. All in all a very lovely stay and we will definatly return. Only regret could not give them more stars.

What can I say! This is one of the best short stays we have ever had, the house and grounds are fantastic. From the minute we arrived and the warm welcome from Hannah, we were blown away with the thought and care put into this house. The decoration and furniture create a perfect environment to get together with friends and family to enjoy each others company.
We were a group of 11 adults and our new baby granddaughter. We had everything we needed for a perfect weekend stay. The house has a very homely feel, every room was comfortable, spacious and very well presented.
The cosy Bar and games room were a fun touch and well used during our stay. The spacious lounge allowed us all to get together and talk around a beautiful fire place with wood burner. The large kitchen was a real bonus allowing us all to gather for breakfast.
As a group, our only regret was that we had not booked for a longer stay. We had such a wonderful time and look forward to our next visit.

The most stunning house with beautiful interior! A lovely weekend with fantastic hosts, great communication and easy check in/check out! An amazing kitchen with all you need and more, the comfiest beds and even your own bar! So peaceful with rolling hills and stunning views! We will most certainly be back! WOW! What an incredible place to spend a few days!

Set in the most beautiful surroundings, Lochieheads is just an endless, absolute joy!

Impeccably decorated and presented, every single room and living space is warm, welcoming and relaxing. In addition to the lush bedroom suites, there is a large, fully-equipped kitchen which quickly became a focal point for us during our all-too brief stay, along with the gorgeous lounge, games room and cosy bar!

Everything that was needed for this relaxing and fun stay, for ten people, was there for us!

The views from all over the property would be hard to beat, no matter what weather conditions Scotland throws at you on any given day! The grounds MUST be explored and enjoyed before you leave! There are woodland paths, a walled garden and orchard, beehives and yet more surprises around almost every corner.

We felt very privileged to have been given the opportunity to experience Lochieheads with a group of friends over the Hallowe'en weekend, and can't recommend it highly enough to anyone who is considering sampling its plentiful pleasures!

This house and it’s amenities are excellent! I was there for two nights with a group of friends for Halloween and we had a fantastic time. Every room in the house has been decorated with exquisite taste and beautiful fabrics, gorgeous colours and wall papers. The kitchen was the heart of this home for us. We gathered there to cook together before moving to the dinning room and then the drawing room for Kareoke! The house is the perfect retreat for relaxation or for a special birthday party or celebration. I wholeheartedly recommend this house with complete confidence and can’t wait to visit again!

Amazing weekend away at Lochieheads. The lovely owners were there to meet as we arrived and made us feel so welcome. The house is absolutely stunning set into beautiful countryside. From the comfiest beds to the private bar, we had a fabulous weekend and would definitely be back. Nobody wanted to leave !

Beautiful gardens perfect for an afternoon walk. Inside was truly breathtaking everything you could ever need loved every second!

We stayed at Lochieheads over the Halloween weekend. We were a party of 10. The beautiful destination, picturesque surroundings and the accommodation itself were all simply stunning, we all loved our stay.

We were greeted by perfect hosts Hannah and Connor who made us feel instantly welcome. There was a thoughtful Halloween welcome pack which included a couple of bottles of bubbly on arrival. We were given a tour of the accommodation which was quite breathtaking.

The attention to detail inside the property is very pleasing. Everything is new and we'll maintained. Each of the bedrooms are bright and large with modern, practical traditional styled bathrooms in keeping with the hunting lodge feel of this house, we enjoyed that the bathrooms had cosy underfloor heating. The sleeping areas were very relaxing, the beds large and extremely comfortable and the pillows were so good that they were a talking point among our party.

We were shown the elegantly decorated lounge which was warm, cosy, llarge and very comfortably sat all ten of us. There were huge comfortable leather sofas and a fireplace which although stunning did not take away from the bay window view of the Falkland hills which resembled a Turneresque painting, really quite breathtaking. Just off the lounge there's a comfortable bar area and a separate games room complete with pool table, draughts table, chess, dominoes and other board games which we made use of in the evenings.

The kitchen was enormous! Fully equiped and beautifully designed with a morning breakfast area and central island that we were able to sit at during breakfast. In the evenings we all ate in the more formal grand dining space which sits in the heart of the house.

Outside the gardens are well kept and there are lots of country walks. We found a secret walled garden and an orchard full of apples and pears. We were able to collect a variety of types of apples and pears and then made them into an apple and pear crumble which was delicious. We saw red squirrels, deer and were also able to have a chat with the friendly horses in the fields next to the house. We played croquet on the lawn and enjoyed the views.

We really could not think of a better place to retreat to. I would highly recommend Lochieheads for small and large groups. I really can't fault our visit. Everything was perfect, we look forward to coming back again in the future.

This is an amazing place to stay! The house is gorgeous and extremely well presented. There were 10 of us and we were more than delighted with the house from top to bottom! The hosts were great and made us feel right at home! Comfortable beds and rooms! The kitchen is amazing. We had a good wander round the grounds also which was lovely! Would absolutely recommend this place to friends and family!

I have just arrived home from a fantastic weekend at lochiheads house. The house is absolutely beautiful and so are the grounds it is situated on. I will definitely be returning for an another stay. Highly recommend :)

We had the perfect weekend at Lochieheads Country Estate. Having family spread around the UK, it was our turn to find a place to visit near to our family in Scotland.

The house is beyond perfect. Newly decorated and finished to such a high quality throughout. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms for a large group to have areas to themselves. The kitchen and dining areas are well equipped and definitely a focal point of the house. Every space is well thought out and there is something to keep everyone occupied as a group, but also areas for visitors to find their own privacy if they need some peace and quiet.

The grounds are well kept and there are little hidden gems to find and explore. Nice walks to the rear of the property, with plenty of country wildlife to see along the way. The games room was a favourite for the kids with plenty to keep them occupied inside and out.

Big shoutout to Hannah and everyone else involved for making us feel so welcome, giving us the privacy to explore and for accommodating us. You have created something special that's given us memories we'll never forget. We'll definitely be returning in the future.
