Can I give less than a 1 star?
Like others, I ordered their cute Skeleton making Bone Stew (the size advertised looked at least 5' tall). Never received the item though they took my money! They claimed the item was delivered, by USPS. though it never was.
I have gone round and round with them, they have offered 20%, then 30% refund. I demanded full refund and when I told them I'd contact my attorney they quit the communications. I have filed a complaint with the AZ Attorney General.

I never received my package. They would only offer a 30% refund and I have not gotten that either. Based on my experience and the other reviews I would say these guys are a bunch of crooks.

I basically have the same review as everyone else. They said my package was delivered. I looked their tracking showed it was delivered to a house probably 4 miles from me. I emailed them and said this isn’t my house it was delivered to. They said sorry that’s the delivery companies fault (that isn’t listed for me to contact) all we can do is give you 30% off your next purchase. I have a feeling this product doesn’t even exist and they made up the shipping. I just filed a claim with my credit card company. Only good thing is they actually respond to your emails. Still don’t buy from them!!!

This a scam I ordered 2 skeleton making stew for 50.00 USA I received a little skeleton for a kid and they say it was in my postbox delivered it never arrived these people need to be hungout to dry

Did not get what I ordered. I asked that they make delivery or refund and they countered with a ridiculously small settlement amount. I refused and told them that I was going to file a claim with my credit card company.

I just (Sep 8, 2023) received a full refund from the company.

never received my order, was supposed to be a cell phone marketed to FB market. Somehow the item showed on their delivery site but of course , there was never such thing. I am sorry I didnt check reviews before sending money to this site. I canceled my CC also in case they have my data

Still waiting for a complete refund of my money their latest offer of a 30% refund has been rejected by me have been in touch with my credit card company and they are looking into it again this is not my fault why should I be out of pocket when it's their companies incompetence.
This has been going on for almost 3 months my advise don't buy anything off of this company

Never got an order we placed. Says delivered. Email comes back undelivered. Website is blocked.

My order was never received

Well my item never arrived. And it says delivered. I have cameras and nothing came on the day it was suppose to he delivered. So not trustworthy

Never sent product I ordered. Contacted them and they say it was delivered and I should check my mailbox. Of course I checked my mailbox and checked with neighbors too. They won't give me a tracking number nor tell me who delivered it. Complete SCAM outfit.

This is probably a scam company. In the ad it appears to be in Vietnam but it is really in Hong Kong. They advertise on Facebook and other places under a variety of names. They offer very reasonably priced refurbished phones and I thought I would buy one for my grandson. They missed the promised delivery date so I contacted them and asking them when I would receive it. Their response was to say that it had been delivered and to check with my neighbours. I did this and had no luck so I wrote to them again. This time they suggested that I look in my mailbox! As if I had not done this already. They could not provide proof of delivery and their tracking service did not work. On investigation there are many examples reported of failed delivery and many others where Lockcount have sent earbuds instead of a phone and then offered a small discount if people keep them. I didn't even get the earbuds. Thankfully I used my creditcard and have been able to get my money back. I'm giving one star because there is no lower score available.
