Did not receive product I ordered. Won't refund me as promised. Biggest scammers ever. Don't order from them. Waste of my time dealing with them. They want to give me a 5% refund on an order I did not receive.

What can we do to get our money back I would like to stick these earbuds up there you know what tell me what I could do

SCAM. Ordered the crab legs and received a pair of cheap wireless earbuds. Contacted them and they said shipping error but if I want to keep them they will credit me 30% of what I already paid. If not I would have to pay to return them. Don't order from them.

The only thing worse than Oceanmild is how stupid I feel for falling for this scam. Ordered the Godfather watch knockoff ( with low expectations considering the price) but what they sent was laughable. An avocado looks more like the godfather watch than this ridiculous thing they sent. It’s too late for me, but the rest of you bargain hunters - shop elsewhere. Please don’t let these scammers continue to thrive on your hard earned money with false promises and shady practices. They should be in jail. I’m sure the money they scanned a few dollars at a time amounts to grand larceny. Any lawyers out there? Class action lawsuit? Honestly, I’ve excepted the fact I won’t get my money back, but can we shut them down?

I responded to an advertisement on Facebook. First and last time I will do that.

Shortly after I received a confirmation email,
“Your purchase of the Colossal Red King Crab Legs from oceanmild.com has been confirmed, and the transaction will appear as - on reviewsexcitt.com . Your order number is 202304210350076041228140000.”

Instead of receiving COLOSSAL KING CRAB, I received a pair of junky earbuds. Of course the customer service link is invalid and website sends me to another scam site. Don’t fall for this scam….

They advertise King Crab legs but they will send you something else. For my order I received some cheap chinese wireless ear plugs you can buy at a Dollar Tree. Now they are tell me the shipping dept made a mistake but i may keep the earplugs instead of my crab legs.

Total scam company it's in szen szen China the took my money and never sent item beware my credit card was also hacked

Criminals! They sent some plastic fake kids watch instead of the 75.00 dollar watch I ordered. They offered a 10% refund then finally got up to 30%. I did not even want that....Don't trust this company, it is a designed scam. They belong in jail.

The item never got to me they just send a cheap 1 dollar watch not even closed to what I ordered.

They have offered to give me a %5 refund of the amount of the order which is a scam.

I WANT A FULL REFUND OR MY PRODUCT AS PROMISED.

I WILL NOT STOP TO GIVE THESE THIEVES BAD REVIEWS UNTIL THEY DO THE RIGHT THING AND STOP LYING TO CUSTOMERS LIKE ME.
