£60 cheaper for like for like cover…
£60 cheaper for like for like cover than my previous insurer who had increased the premium by 25% despite no claims, probably as an unintended consequence of the law that says you can’t give cheaper prices to new customers. Sign up easy and app is clear and simple. Impossible to say how good any insurance Co is until you make a claim, and I will probably never find out as I have never made a claim in 30 years, but so far, so good.

I can't really give an honest review as the Home Insurance policy I've purchased doesn't kick in until 24/4/22. However, the buying part was very straightforward and clear. The price I paid won hands down over my previous policy and many others as offered via comparethemarket. I saved £189. What can I say? I'm well pleased. 😊

Insures NI Homes, discount for Cameras
After receiving ridiculous quotes from other insurance companies, I decided to give Locket a try. Their app interface is well made, and runs smoothly. Their quote system is simple, to the point and uses common sense questions unlike the traditional bigger companies who want to know what you ate for breakfast!
I received a personalised video welcome from Kirsty which was a nice touch. I was able to get some discount off my quote for having smart cameras Google and Swann around my property which was a pleasant surprise.
I contacted Locket once and they replied within a couple of hours so I can't fault their response time. I haven't had to make a claim yet thankfully but if their service is as good as it has been so far then I've nothing to worry about. Great company!

Very straightforward process in organising buildings and contents insurance. Very favourable rate in comparison to that offered by my previous insurance provider for renewal. Welcome video is a nice touch - feel more like a valued customer than just a ‘number’
