Order was easy and arrived quick. I ordered the wrong thing, return was easy. The company were really easy to deal with and very friendly.
I returned an item. The day it arrived back with them they messaged to say they had issued a refund

Outstanding Service - Other retailers should take note

I contacted via email with a query about replacing a specific handle for my bifolds. Dave emailed straight back and even called me to ensure it was correct. I ordered that afternoon and it arrived the next day, perfect fit. I dont usually leave reviews but I felt the service was outstanding
