The quality of the blades is…

The quality of the blades is outstanding—they slice through everything effortlessly. I’ve used them for various tasks, from delicate tasks like filleting fish to tougher jobs like chopping squash, and they’ve excelled at all. Wrong knife.

The knife I ordered was not the one I received.
I was sent a inferior product as the one I ordered was apparently out of stock. There was nothing to say it was out of stock when I originally ordered.
Sureley you would contact the customer and discuss different options or ask, can I wait until it’s back in stock or discuss alternative ones but no, just go ahead and send out a different one and hope I will be happy.
I sent a email to the company asking if they could arrange a return label for me to return the item to them. I had no reply!
I made a phone call to complain and make arrangements for it to be returned. Not sure if it was three or four different people I spoke to but it was not a quick call as you can imagine.
We left it that I could keep the knife and they would reimburse my payment method. I was happy with that but Guess what! I’ve not been reimbursed so another phone call is needed to chase this up again.
Absolutly shocking. Why promise something and not follow it up.
Luckily if I have no success with my second phone call then I will contact my credit card company to sort this out.
If they’d just contacted me regarding the issue then we wouldn’t be here in this situation. I have much better things to be getting along with than chasing a £20 knife.
I do hope that other customers will appreciate this review and make them think twice regarding making a purchase from this company.
Perhaps the company will also learn from this but I think not!

I received my order but only half the…

I received my order but only half the number of items was in the delivery. I have been chasing for the rest of my order and despite number of times writing and contacting your customer services I still not received a reply. Above that I getting reminder email to pay for the full invoice. I have contacted Daniel from Credit department as asked him to stop sending me a reminder to pay the invoice.

Stock arrived late

Stock arrived late. Ordered mops and mop handles but they don't fit with each other. Also, a lot of items on back order for over 2 months.

after takeing the order and payment…

after takeing the order and payment weeks went by with no answer later recieved a email stateing another payment of £140 would be needed to cover delivery costs as Glasgow was too far to deliver for the carrier
