I was just about ready to throw this…

I was just about ready to throw this lock in the trash and Alex was super patient. She took over an hour of her time to walk me step by step through the installation. The live agent served me very well and solved my problem. The AI needs some work, it was answering questions I didn't ask and it also hung up on me the first time I called. The live agent was great.
