We were having trouble locking our door from the inside Wayne came very quickly he had to change the lock for us and checked everything was okay he did an excellent job and was very friendly and have us some good advice .Thank you Wayne.

In the last couple of years, my elderly parents have had a security light fitted to the front of the house by Lockrite Security. All went well and they were happy with the result. Last week, they needed it adjusting as it was partially shining in to a neighbours bedroom. For someone to climb a ladder and adjust the the angle, they charged £114. This is an extortionate amount of money for a simple job.
If it wasn't for them being happy with the initial installation, I would have given a one star rating.

Refreshing change to get a good service, from initial call to call back, arranging appointment, arriving on time and carrying out the work, all a professional service. Will definitely be using again and would recommend. Thanks David for a job well done

EVERYONE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!

This message is to raise a complaint with which I have experience with the Lockrite Security Ltd (North-camp) company service which needs to be acted upon.

On Thursday, I spoke to a gentleman working at the counter on the day. I approached to gain advice regarding a lock for the garage door. Through communication, I was advised to purchase. Within the communication, I highlighted some key aspects regarding the item, one of which included whether the company accepted returns and offered refunds. Through verbal communication with the same advisor, I was told that the company accepts any returns and refunds.

After a couple of days, after purchasing, through thorough thoughts and measurement, I have decided to take it back in person. However, on the day I was rudely rejected by an employee of the company who said that the company does not offer any refund or return on any item, even though I had shown the item in the original packaging and receipt with the company stamp. They had CCTV cameras behind them and I told him those cameras records voices too. I asked him to listen back to the conversation. He says that the cameras do not record voices. I then asked him to show me the policy where it shows that they do not accept returns but he rejected my question and did not want to show it.

Later, again after being rejected in the company store, I gave the company a call on 01252543309 and stated the situation. I was immediately rudely rejected and was cut off with no response.

I am fully aware of the consumer's rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, consumers have the legal right to either gain a refund for goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose, or not as described, or get them repaired. Under the same Act, it states that within the first 30 days of purchase, consumers have the legal right to ask companies for a repair or replacement, but companies cannot refuse to give consumers a refund.

This message will be posted on other bigger platforms aswell!! I want to tell everyone to avoid this dodgy company at every cost!!

The worst company I have ever ever dealt with! The most condescending and rude people i have ever known. I spent a fortune on my security cctv system which never worked properly from day 1! They do not take any responsibility for their mistakes. They installed it all wrong which constantly has been causing issues. They are unprofessional and don’t even know their systems or how they work. Miraculously on the day they serviced ours the camera stopped recording which according to them is purely coincidence as it was working when they were there. Since then none of my cctv has been backing up. When you deal with them they take no responsibility and blame you for it. Stay well away from this company I do not recommend. If something goes wrong they will blame you for it and tell you, you should have purchased extra things and believe me a lot tends to go wrong. They also hang up the phone on you when you express your disappointment and point out the clear issues. Upon further investigation they also mislead you, our recorder stopped working apparently the day the service was done by them.

Chose a local company to update and renew our CCTV,
so glad I did, as they done an excellent job in the time
that was quoted.

I had a nice young man called Paul install a piece of equipment for me not too long ago. He was absolutely lovely and very personable, I don’t often enjoy letting strangers into my house however this gentleman in particular was very polite and did the job very well. I am very happy with this company

Lockrite Security is a dependable and reliable firm. Phil took time to understand my concerns and needs and then they supplied and fitted a very flexible alarm system with a camera at the front door and motion detectors inside. I find the phone app. really useful to set and unset the system as well as the fixed control box inside. I have signed up for the annual maintenance with them and have called then twice already to discuss the system and Phil is always patient and understanding.

Fantastic service as always from the Lockrite Team. Always use them for key cutting, locks & maintaining my intruder alarm system, very helpful & knowledgable on all aspects of security.

Good service - but NOT cheap

Asked for a quote. Locksmith wasn't very keen to change any of my locks. Tried to convince me a certain lock simply breaks over time so why would you even bother. Why would you bother with a house? It might break over time? Found a better alternative for a reasonable price that actually believes you might just want to change all locks because you asked. Why get a locksmith that doesn't want to actually sell locks?

Excellent service, Accuracy of key cutting almost always good first time and no issues with re-cutting on the odd occasions when the first key(s) provided did not quite fit.

I have always found Lockrite to provide an excellent service and cannot recommend them highly enough.
