So totally blown away by Lockrite and the service provided yesterday (19/10/17) by Alistair of Newark Notts area. First contacted him by social media/email the evening before and chose the company particularly for range of services (lock changes and alarms AND CCTV but also because the guys themselves are checked out by the Police etc. so I personally feel safe having them (previous awful life experiences). Was contacted back within the hour BOTH by email AND text which was highly impressive, and offered a brilliantly convenient time slot the next morning. I then replied and asked something else. Arrived on time, surveyed whole house's security with me putting me at ease, very sociable but professonal and completed a superb lock change at a highly competitive rate 😉. Will be using services in near future and recommending to all Alistair personally but also the company. Thank you so much for restoring my confidence.
