Have to give a star or cant review, came to house with ni e cocky attitude, proper full of himself. I wanted new barrel and the door strip fitting ( don't know what it's called but showed him when he arrived) I wanted it as anyone would fitted in a safe manner to be able to use and lock securely. He fitted the strip telling me I had damaged it, I continuously told him that it popped off when I undone screws, he continued to tell me that i had took the mortis sections out and again i told him i hadn't, he was so full of himself that he wasn't listening. He replaced the strip that runs s along the edge of door the stool some tool in and told looks it's all working. He went but charged me a scandalous £70 and hadn't even put barrel in. I fitted the barrel myself but found the key wouldn't turn in lock so phoned him to tell him barrel not turning and couldn't lock door. Out he comes with attitude again, told me he wasn't their to fit barrel but this is what I told him from beginning, I explained to him that you cant just leave a property where I cant lock the door of a night. Again said that not what I paid him for, in the end managed to get lock by force to turn and lock. But definitely not happy with his service, he was here no longer than 20 minutes and charged £70 to do half a job and willing to leave property unsecured. As I said I did say the strip needed fitting and barrel when he returned he denied that's what i asked for. Never recommend

Fantastic service provided by Jonathan. Full house lock change provided also realigned our door and fixed a broken lock mechanism after delivery of large items. Jonathan arrived in ten minutes out of hours to help us in that emergency. Genuinely top bloke and couldn't have asked anymore. Would highly recommend to anyone.

All credit to Jonathan. He made sure he could sort a lock issue within a few hours and only took 20 minutes. Walked me through the process step by step so I knew what was happening and the importance of it. Great customer service and would heavily recommend.

Brilliant customer service and very quick arrival

Called on a Monday evening about 6pm and had arrived within 20 mins. 9 months pregnant so glad I didn’t have to wait for ages in the cold. Can’t fault them, good price and didn’t try and tell me I needed an additional X Y and Z like some do. Thank you!

He was a kind, honest gentleman. I really wish I had been in a better mood as he really is a decent guy. I could not have asked for or expected a better service. My husband was very impressed too,

Superb service! Called on a Friday afternoon and within an hour, genuinely lovely fella turned up and completed the job efficiently. Explained everything he was doing and why it was needed.

Good fella within the hour

Second time I've used Locksafe and same expert service again! Called them up because my front door handle was on the blink - they came out, sourced and fitted all in under an hour. Couldn't recommend highly enough, thanks again!
