Outstanding service from CIty Locksmith today, made a phone call this morning and was advised someone would be with me in 35 minutes which he was, completed the work with excellent efficiency and only took 10 minutes, would certainly use them again if required.

We had a key broken in a lock, which wasn't accessible from the other side of the lock. Nick answered my phone call immediately and, because he was finishing another job in our area, was with us within 45 minutes. He removed the broken key very quickly and was clean and tidy. He charged £69.00. I don't know how that compares with other locksmiths but Nick is local and I'm willing to bet the National organisations will be on a par, if not more expensive. Ours was not an emergency call-out but I'm certain Nick would give you an efficient service whatever the circumstances.

A really honest and trustworthy Tradesman. We called him out for a new door lock, but we didn't need one and he was honest enough to tell us. We needed a re-alignment of the door, which he did immediately and charged us accordingly.....a lot cheaper. We would wholeheartedly use him again.
