Good to find a piece for repairing a lock that would otherwise have been thrown away. Easy to order, the piece arrived in good time and as described. Thank you.
It took nearly a month for the order to arrive. I was able to order a product that was out of stock. Rather than sending 7 of 8 products that were in stock, the whole order was delayed by nearly a month.
Two separate dates were given, but neither met. When I questioned where the order was, I was told "it was dispatched last week" despite the Royal Mail tracking revealing it was actually dispatched on that same day.
I shall be returning my order, as I ordered the same products from a different company and that turned up in a more reasonable two days.
Product was fine and as ordered About time you stopped using Royal Mail
Received emails from them on three separate days advising they would deliver in a 4 hour window followed withing a few minutes saying they could not deliver as indicated and would deliver next working day. This happened 3 times and eventually on the 4th day it arrived through letter bow with normal post
I ordered some fobs that arrived very late. I was away and when I returned the 14 day period had lapsed. On inspection they had been assembled already and I was unable to unassemble. Company claimed they arrive like that but I have ordered before and they don't.
Upon trying to get this resolved and not even asking for a refund just for them to be unassembled, I was offered no help or a solution. Stating it was our of 14 days. Rude staff on the phone. I think they have just sent me ones that may have been returned by a previous customer.
Ordered a part on Thursday and paid for next day delivery. Emailed on Monday to say not received and received a reply that it would be delivered on Tuesday. I was not very happy with the service provided.
Lockstation's well designed website allows accurate identification of what is required, with very reasonable and rapid postal delivery of the product selected.
Ordered lock with 48 hours delivery (which they charge me and is clearly stated on invoice received) then wait day for confirmation, then afte 2 days nothing, then next working day (Monday) called them asking where is my item, very rude girl told me that i have 2-5 working days delivery, even if I checked again on my order...
Order cancelled, dont want any "bussiness" with them... Scammers.. They dont have items they sell in stock, after someones order they order from 3rd party suppliers.... AVOID
Horrible company, avoid at all costs! Customer service are rude and then lie about what's happening. The amount of stress and inconvenience they have caused me is really unfair.
Product exactly as described, fast arrival. Would use company again
