Lock was not working nor fit for purpose and because it had been opened when the job was booked in for fitting which was after the 7 days permitted, the company would not replace for another lock. I wasn't even asking for a refund. Very poor response and will not be using again.

Firstly, we would like to apologise that you have felt as though a 1 star review is necessary from the service received.
We do try our best to sort out any issues our customers may have, however if something is reported after 6 weeks unfortunately in this case our hands were tied.
The problem you reported is not something we have ever had before and would of needed to be raised with the manufacturer, but as you state this was an issue with the item from the day received it needed to be reported then, not weeks after.
Our returns team are very lenient with timeframes but within reason.

Correct part, excellent tracking
Correct part, happy with the parcel tracking. Would have been happy to pay for a Saturday delivery. Best option was next working day.

Excellent Customer Service & Products - Will use again!
I am a first time customer and will definitely use Keystation again! Initial telephone advice from a very knowledgeable guy, and suggested solution to replace a broken Kia Sportage Fob Key! Amazed to have the key/blade cut from a photo provided, perfect entire replacement for the broken flip mechanism in my original key! Don't buy a cheap solution from eBay, like I did initially, that has now gone in the bin. The Keystation option including key/blade cut was less than £5 more. Highly recommend.

Winkhouse cobra 2 door mech
This company is intouch with propper costing of door mechs. The winkhouse cobra 2 is not a cheap door mech and is worth its money yet these guys came in £ 45 cheaper than the next best price and the tube it was sent in was solid therefore the mech arrived in mint condition. Thanks guys

Customer service terrible
Customer service terrible! Lady on the phone was extremely rude. We had paid for next day delivery which did not arrive, instead of understanding, she was extremely rude and did not offer my £9.99 delivery charge back but instead put the phone down!! So rude. The customer service needs urgent attention!

Ordered a simply key for my office…
Ordered a simply key for my office desk, delivered on time. However the key is nothing like the one i ordered. Emailed customer service, they asked for a photo of my key (key pattern printed on key) and the key they provided, both completely different patterns and doesn't work in my desk. They said the key I have must have the code incorrectly printed on it. Basically said I ordered the wrong one, but the code I entered was correct, ordered from another company at the same time, same price and that key works perfectly with the code I entered.
Customer service non existent, when they place blame on someone else. Avoid.
