No updates, no delivery
Placed an order for a £500 chair more than 2 weeks ago. Got an immediate email saying the order was confirmed (but with no indication of when delivery would be) and have heard nothing since. Have chased for updates on status twice and received no reply but have now received two requests for a review of my experience. So here it is.

Armrest replacement on our RH Chair
We had to replace a Armrest on our RH Chair which was still under guarantee. Thanks to Brian Hume this was done by return and fitted the same day. Fantastic service and after care support. Highly recommended.

Brian has been super helpful but had a really long wait for the product without any emails or correspondence from the factory as to why things have been delayed.
Still no sign of the chair which is massively disappointing, especially as the chair I was using beforehand broke completely so I have really needed this chair to arrive!
Without Brian being so helpful I would have left a rather negative review as the service has been poor. But Brian himself has been excellent and provided great service when I've spoken with him

Delivery was in 4 days of ordering
Delivery was in 4 days of ordering, the chair was easy to put together in ten minutes and is comfortable. The high back is good for prolonged use. Lots of adjustment on this seat so you can set it at a comfortable height, tilt and backrest height.

the delivery men from this company were a delight, they made no fuss when i asked them to bring down my son's old computer chair which was very heavy and they even put it out side for me, brilliant, any one wanting a very good chair and a brilliant service in my opinion should look no further than this firm.

Great product and excellent service
Ordered this chair because I was looking for one with foldable armrests. I received my chair in 1 week. There was a little defect to one of the parts. It only took one email and another week to receive a spare part.
This chair feels like a comfortable, luxuous office chair. I'm sure I will be seated well for the the coming 10 years. Great product and excellent service!

Overpriced poor chair
The service was good, in that I called up, asked a question, ordered the chair online and quickly received the chair.
The problem is that the chair is, I think, worth about 60% of what I paid for it. It feels tinny and of low quality. It is not very comfortable. It does not wheel around very easily on the floor - other chairs have wheeled well on this bit of floor.
Overall, I would suggest buying another chair - which is not to say that you wouldn't buy the other chair off these people. Just don't get this chair.

Well worth the wait
The chair had to be ordered from Norway (it's a Hag chair) so it took a few weeks to arrive and although it was a little difficult to follow the pictoral instructions, I spoke with my work colleagues to find out how to use the screws (you need another pair of hands to push the seat and back together to align the screw holes whilst another pair of hands tightens up the screws). The chair is very comfortable and is similar to the one I use in the office (when I'm not working from home). I had to purchase this chair to work from home as my previous chair gave me back ache in the upper back by my left shoulder. The Hag chair supports the spine enough to sit for long periods at a time.
