Discrediting the number of years an individual has worked
The fact that locumlink use indicators beyond the control of applicant to deny them their actual salary level, for example ,locum link will tell you that your previous place of work ( which is a recognised district referral hospital does not own a website, when there are other means of confirming it.) Doesn't own the website so they will put you on the lowest level available.

Locumlink does not undermine candidates or use any factors to reduce their salary. The payscale guidelines are determined by the HSE, not by Locumlink. Our role is to follow these rules, as we are bound by a Service Level Agreement with the HSE. If a candidate’s work experience cannot be verified, it will be excluded from the payscale calculation.
