Lodge Brothers are an independent, employee owned funeral service. 7 generations of our family have been helping local families in their time of need. For 240 years we have provided funerals, both modern & traditional, with reverence and compassion, for all faiths and the non-religious. We can facilitate cremations, burials, direct cremations and remembrance services. We bring our Lodge difference to every service offered including our own legal team (providing wills, probate and lasting POAs) and our highly skilled masons providing unique memorials, inscriptions and design work. We have a dedicated Funeral Plan Team who can help with planning for the future with a funeral plan or funeral wishes. We also supply floral tributes, Orders of Service, cremation urns and keepsake jewellery.

I cannot speak highly enough of the care and professionalism
We recently entrusted Lodge Brothers Byfleet, with the funeral arrangements for my father-in-law, and I cannot speak highly enough of the care and professionalism they showed throughout.
From the very beginning, they demonstrated a deep understanding of our wishes and supported us with genuine compassion during what is such a difficult time. Their guidance made the entire process feel manageable, and we always felt reassured that every detail was being thoughtfully handled.
On the day itself, Robert Lodge personally oversaw everything, which gave us complete confidence that we were in the very best hands. His calm presence and attention to detail ensured the day ran seamlessly, allowing us to focus on remembering and honouring my father-in-law.
We also visited the chapel of rest, where it was clear how respectfully and carefully they had looked after him. He appeared so peaceful, which brought us a great deal of comfort.
Every member of the team treated us with the utmost respect and sensitivity, especially Karen & Penny. Lodge Brothers truly go above and beyond, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of funeral services.

The staff are excellent here
The staff are excellent here, really patient and understanding through a difficult time for us as a family. Everything was explained and not rushed. Outstanding Service When we Needed it Most
We've used Lodge for both my parents’ funerals (2 years apart) and both times were so impressed by the level of service, compassion and support we received through the whole process. Karen supported us recently for my Dad's funeral. She guided us through everything which was so helpful as I couldn't think straight and she had some lovely ideas for Dad's service, such as putting his medals on a cushion on the coffin. On the day, the whole experience was exactly what we needed. Darren lead the day beautifully and added a lovely touch of wearing his medals in honour of my Dad (Dad would've loved that!). I would whole-heartedly recommend – outstanding service and support during a really difficult time. We totally trusted the team with everything.

From our very first contact, Lodge Brothers were compassionate, supportive, and attentive. Every detail of my wife’s funeral was handled with dignity, professionalism and care.
My deepest thanks go to Jo at the Byfleet Office. Her kindness and guidance throughout meant so much. The tribute site was beautifully set up, allowing family and friends to share memories and donate easily. The Order of Service was of top quality and wonderfully designed. The Design Team even perfected a treasured photograph for us, for the front cover.
I cannot thank Jo and the entire team enough for creating a truly special service and celebration of my wife’s life. Their support went far beyond anything I expected, and their kindness has meant more than I can express.
I am also deeply grateful for the time and compassionate care Jo has given me personally throughout this difficult time, it has meant so much.

The Funeral Arrangers were caring, very sympathetic people who put one at ease on such a sad occasion. Likewise, on the day the Funeral Director and bearers performed their work without any fuss which made it feel comfortable for the mourners. Overall, a professional job, well done.

We wanted to thank Lodge Brothers for your excellent work in organising, running and overseeing Mum’s funeral. Karen did an excellent job in guiding us through the process, in a warm and friendly manner. She helped us at every step of the way, and we were very pleased with all the decisions we made, including the venue, choice of coffin, order of service, the flowers, the timing and the locations. The feedback we have had from friends and family alike was universally positive. They felt the whole day was very well organised, and appropriate for the type of service we wanted, and to give Mum the send-off she deserved.
Thanks also to the Lodge Brothers team who supported us on the day. Darren was an excellent conductor. He was helpful and communicative throughout, but also knew when to withdraw, when we wanted to be left alone.
