The entire service we received for putting up a headstone was excellent. From start to finish, they were supportive, respectful, friendly and paid attention to detail. They kept us informed at every stage and handled everything with care and professionalism. The finished headstone is beautiful and we were pleased that the cost was reasonable, without compromising on quality or service. Lodge Brothers delivered exactly as promised, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for respectful, reliable and affordable service.

Staff were so fantastic and compassionate. They had listened to every detail, to make sure the day went as smoothly as possible.

A very caring compassionate and human experience, Angela in the Northolt branch is a absolute angel and in the perfect job for her kind and caring ways, This has been a incredibly difficult time as I had both my mother and brother die within weeks of each other, Angela was just incredible and made such a difficult time as easy as possible. Completely professional kind and caring of me my family and of my mum who was in there care, faultless and exceptional.

Staff made the whole process an easy one. When going through such an emotional moment it was lovely to deal with staff who put you at ease and were ready to listen and offer advice.

Everything was soundly handled, but on the day of the funeral, no account had been taken of traffic and the mourners were denied the opportunity to travel in convoy with the hearse. Both "senior" mourner having to travel separately, only arriving a minute prior to the commencement of the service and unable to calmly greet other mourners and the like.

We chose to use Lodge Brothers for our dad’s funeral as it is local to us, was a family owned business, and had good reviews.

This was my first time planning a funeral and I was understandably worried about everything. I had no idea of what things I needed to consider or what was available to me, however once I had the chance to speak with Angela the whole process was made a lot clearer. We decided to go with the premium package as this covered all our needs with a few nice extras thrown in.

The rooms inside were kept clean, and Angela set up a shelf in my dad’s room with his picture, candles, and flowers, which we felt was a nice personal touch. The casket was beautiful and many family members complimented it. Although we had some complications with embalming due to the length of time and moving of my dad, we felt that Lodge Brothers were compassionate when dealing with this. They were open and honest with us throughout the whole process.

Angela was extremely respectful and understanding throughout the whole process, and was accommodating, warm, and friendly. I felt as though she had our best interests at heart and genuinely wanted what was best for our family.

We felt that the funeral service was well planned and flowed nicely. We chose to get two black horses for my dad which were beautiful. The Civil celebrant appointed by lodge brothers (Alison Vallance) was extremely thorough and covered everything we wished whilst being respectful of boundaries.

Overall the process of planning the funeral with Angela/Lodge Brothers was easier than I had thought initially. We felt like we were guided every step of the way and felt comfortable suggesting changes, and were never left feeling lost.

Although this was an extremely sad time for our family, I am glad we chose Lodge Brothers to help us celebrate my dad’s life. Thank you Angela and the Lodge Brothers team for all the help and support you have provided us.

This was my very first funeral. I arranged myself I found them very helpful reassuring what I wanted for my father extremely helpful at this sad time I didn’t feel like I was being rushed to decide what I wanted wonderful stuff very helpful

Prompt, professional and personal from the beginning
until the end. Everything was carried out on time with one section effortlessly flowing into the next under

Angela in the office was super helpful in setting things up and in communicating with me.
I was disappointed that the website header insisted on the wording. Although the family celebrated my dad's life it was impossible to edit the words which said it was with sadness.... - I don't know why this was impossible to change hence the 4 stars

Every aspect of the funeral was discussed and our ideas and needs fully explored so that on the day we left the chapel at Breakespear Crematorium happy in the knowledge we all had given my husband the service and send off he deserved.

My mother passed away on the 15th of October & I used lodge brothers the lady who helped me through the whole process was Angela Scurr she was fantastic she was kind compassionate & loving even the conductor on the day was fantastic her name was Sharon I would like to thank you both for everything you have done for me & my son

It's taken time for me to write this review as I have struggled with my grief. However, I would like to express my deepest gratitude for the outstanding support and compassionate service you provided during the funeral arrangements for my father. At such an emotional time, your professionalism and care made a profound difference for my family and me.

I would particularly like to extend my thanks to Angela and Beth for their exceptional coordination, as well as Conductor Paul and the dedicated team members, including David, Steve, Nick, Peter, Kevin, and anyone else I may have inadvertently omitted. Your collective efforts and kindness ensured a respectful and memorable farewell for my father.

The service provided was first class and the staff were careing and nothing was to much trouble

Angela was very helpful and guided us through the procedure in a very kind and professional manner. She was very understanding and took us through everything step by step.
