The Client is also the Parents' spouse. You have a Duty to respect the Deceased in the Future. You have no right to treat a Family Member like a Criminal. NEVER treat an individual in the way you did ever again. It could cause that Individual to have poor mental health possibly leading to a criminal offence. Your conduct as a Funeral Director is Wholly Unprofessional.******

Lodge Brothers, Ruislip Middlesex, Gina, to not let me know when and where my Mother's funeral is sickening. This has caused me stress and anxiety and is having a negative impact on my mental health.
Lodge Brothers, can you explain to me what right you have to deprive me of attending my Mother's funeral. You are an absolute disgrace, Lodge Brothers. Your customer service sickens me.
In future do not mock a relatives mental health.

Myself, Anne (Mick's wife), Kellie (Mick's daughter-in-law), Cherise & Luke (Mick's grandchildren) would like to thank all the staff at Lodge Brothers, Funeral Directors at Ruislip Gardens, Ruislip, Middlesex for caring and looking after Mick. From taking him from Michael Sobell House Hospice on Monday 10th June 2024 up and until his funeral at Breakspear Crematorium on Monday 8th July 2024 when family & friends to say their final goodbyes. Mick & I (Anne) pre-paid for our funerals, so all the family had to do was organise flowers, celebrant etc and not have to worry about arranging a funeral. The Gage family would also like to thank Gina Keane for setting up a web page for our chosen charity SUDEP Action. This web page was easy to use and SUDEP Action have received generous donations, which we are thankful.

During our visits to finalize arrangements, Georgina's guidance was invaluable. Her professionalism, coupled with her compassionate nature, made a world of difference during such a difficult time.

On the day of the funeral, Daniel and his team provided exemplary support, ensuring that every detail was attended to with precision. From start to finish, they were there for us, offering comfort and assistance every step of the way.

From the moment I stepped into the Ruislip office I was treated with dignity and respect. Every step explained and double checked. Even phoned on the morning by the funeral director to check his instructions were what we wanted. Throughly recommended.
