We can facilitate cremations, burials, direct cremations and remembrance services. We bring our Lodge difference to every service offered including our own legal team (providing wills, probate and lasting POAs) and our highly skilled masons providing unique memorials, inscriptions and design work. We have a dedicated Funeral Plan Team who can help with planning for the future with a funeral plan or funeral wishes. Was immediately put at ease from the moment we stepped through the door. Had a relaxed informal chat initially followed up by a longer appointment to discuss what we wanted. I had two specific requests and wasn’t sure either would be possible but again we were reassured and the person we were dealing with gave us every reassurance they would do their upmost best to meet these requests.
We felt supported every step of the way and felt able to pop in whenever I passed for a chat, advice or an opinion. There was never any pressure to do anything a certain way or to use Lodge brothers for anything else like flowers or stationary. Everything was done on our terms. I would not hesitate in recommending them. Tracy made the whole matter an easy, relaxed and pleasant experience.

The Review which I posted in 2024, and my response to your reply will never be removed by me under any circumstances, so you and your client will need to accept this however distressing and uncomfortable it remains for you and your client to read. I dealt with Lodge Brothers by telephone which might have made making the arrangements difficult but Lodge Brothers made it all very easy. They were sympathetic and helpful and guided me through the whole process.

Absolutely lovely people to deal with, completely understood the situation, as it was a difficult decision what to put on a headstone after 39 years. We were shown compassion, empathy and care. beautiful craftsmanship. im so proud.
