I have a very basic knowledge of the language I have chosen to learn more in depth. My first lesson involved several phrases I already knew but the vocalization was very clear and concise compared to some other sites I have tried. First impression is that this site is much more helpful to a beginner!

I am a beginner in Russian. This website is great, because it's free, and it has a great Russian audio resource (very audible). The PDF + audio bundle is pretty cheap, just about 8 US dollars. I would recommend this to people who couldn't afford a school (me included). It's resources are just as good as schools, so go try it.

First I must make a disclaimer that this is not quite about the complete experience of using your method. I am recovering from a heavy cold right now, so – as to not trigger coughing and subsequent throat pain – I have not been repeating any of the words and phrases I got to practice out loud yet.
But the quizzes seem to work really well and I can imagine that combining them with the pure listening which one is apparently meant to do before starting them would be great to – unfortunately I couldn't do that because for some reason my laptop starts overheating whenever I try to play that listening part.

This is probably a problem specific to Macbooks and I also didn't really need the extra preparation for the quizzes as I could also just learn from my mistakes until I got things right, but it would be nice if there was a way to pause the recording and or manage how much data is transmitted or something like that.

I love how it's so user-friendly and how you can create an account s you don't lose your progression percentage. It's really so good.
I totally recommend it !

The application is easy to use and really helpful in case if you need to get a brief knowledge on the particular language before traveling smwhere or if you want to rewind knowledge of the language you've already learned, but didn't use for a long time
