I've placed multiple orders with Loft Leaf since discovering their website earlier this year. I find each order is thoughtfully & carefully packaged and each plant is in perfect health and has done exceptionally well. I'm a relative newcomer to plant parenthood and find Loft Leaf reliable for the quality of their plants. Nothing has died! I occasionally pick up the odd plant if I happen to be out and about, other than that it's Loft Leaf all the way and I have recommended others who have also purchased from them and been happy, too. Looking forward to ordering again soon 😉

The plant was gorgeous, arrived very healthy and happy. I had to get in touch with the company because i made an error with the delivery address and they responded quickly and were lovely to talk to. Will definitely be back 😊

I ordered a range of plant pots that came packaged well and no plastic 👍. They are true to the pictures too.

absolutely in love with the idea of the perfectly imperfect plants, got myself one and it’s just great! local to me so i picked up and they were so nice, offered advice, well packaged, personal note inside with great quality plants! if i won the lottery, loft leaf would be the first place i go (don’t think there would be much money left over afterwards!) NEED MORE PLANTS FROM LOFT LEAF!!!

I have had terrible experiences ordering plants online before with it either being super expensive or affordable but dreadfully packaged and had very damaged plants arrive... however loftleaf was very reasonably priced and my plants arrived in beautiful condition. Could not reccomend it enough!

Arrived quickly although I did receive an email from loft leaf it'd be delivered a certain day and time, waited but eventually came next day. And thats when i realised the difference between "due to be delivered" and "will be delivered".

Plant came perfectly wrapped as usual with the cotton to protect leaves as well as the cover and plastic wrap to prevent soil spills. However some still spilled, but no worries.

I do believe though that mine had fungus gnats as it was the only new plant because after a week of quarantine alone 1-2 gnats were making their way round my face. I quickly treated and prevented though so hopefully there isnt an outbreak.

Overall would definitely buy again, i especially love the email system and their Instagram page. Props to whoever does the management of those cause theyre doing amazing!!

I could not recommend Loft Leaf enough. I ordered some baby plants after seeing an ad on Insta, and my whole experience was outstanding. I was contacted to let me know one of the plants wasnt "perfect" so I was offered a range of alternatives, I chose to continue with my purchase of the plant as perfect imperfect. They arrived really quickly and when I opened up the box, each plant had been carefully wrapped and packed and were absolutely PERFECT! They came with a lovely hand written note which is a gorgeous touch and really appreciated.

If you love plants definitely head here as they are Fab!
