I've always enjoyed my shopping experience and transactions with Loft Leaf. Both Em and Jamie are really friendly and helpful. And they very clearly love their plants!

I ordered my favourite plant and was really happy when it arrived. I was a bit concerned how it would arrive as it is such a delicate plant. I needn't have worried as the packaging was amazing.
