Lofty Ladders came and gave us an honest quote that we were happy with and advice on the best way to replace our loft ladder and hatch.
They were able to come to us quickly and do the work. They were professional, cleaned up afterwards and did a brilliant job.
I'd be more than happy to use them again if we need the loft boarding or new insulation. They would be my first call.

Delighted with the work Lofty Ladders has done for my client. The loft was partially boarded however it was straight onto the floor joists so it wasn’t just a case of extending the boards across each side. We discussed the options available to my client - shelves or raised boarding - and decided on the later as this would maximise the space. Great value and great workmanship. Highly recommend.

Both Rob and Tom were very helpful right from my first contact an appointment was made to view the site and they arrived on time.
Both were well turned out and were pleasant and courteous.
I had concerns about my existing loft ladder but definitely needed a new loft hatch.
I was reassured that my existing ladder is in a serviceable condition and did not need to be replaced.
They quoted for replacing the loft hatch and came and did the job within a week.
The work was completed quickly and to a good standard and there was no mess.

From first contact to job completion simply first class. Thorough in every detail, courteous and professional. Such is my level of satisfaction with this company that just one day after the ladder installation I have asked for a quote on loft boarding and insulation. Don’t bother to look anywhere else!

Rob was quick to pick up our job request and gave us a quote. When we were able to go ahead with the job of getting our loft insulated and boarded he fitted us in very quickly. His team turned up promptly to start the job and didn't stop once until it was done. His team were great, polite and courteous and we are very happy with the results.

Rob was quick to reply to my email enquiry, 5 days later he popped round and emailed a detailed quote with explanations and an outline of the costs. 3 weeks later he & his team insulated our garage wall.
