Mattress delivered on time. All as described. It was a bit of challenge to get it upstairs due to weight. The fact it comes in the box made life easier than struggling with full size mattress.

The mattress was delivered with expedience - I was truly impressed - unfortunately it arrived and upon opening it up, we realized something had gone awry - and the mattress was ripped at the bottom - contacted Customer Service - incredible Service - a new mattress was sent - the old mattress picked up and taken away - all within less than a week. Amazing Service - Logan & Cover - are an incredible company that stand behind their products. A good Burp.

The Pinnacle Mattress is very comfortable, shipping was fast, 365 trial period & 15 year warranty is good as well.

Ordering a mattress on line was a new experience and took a while for me to be comfortable doing it. However, I finally did place the order for the Pinnacle model. When it arrived a short while later it was everything I expected. Although, I need a little more time using the mattress before I can say it is the best I have ever had, it is heading in the right direction. I like the 1 year of mattress use with the option of returning it if I'm not satisfied. This alone provides assurance that what I bought online is a great process. I had a shipping issue related to getting all the items I had ordered which was addressed quickly and professionally. Great product and equally great company.

The packages arrived fairly promptly, albeit not at the same time. Going beyond the hit and miss delivery, more importantly the product is fantastic. Clearly the best bed we've ever purchased, and the bed frame was so simply to assemble and install, I let my 9 year-old do it. Excellent quality thus far, and very pleased with our purchase.

We ordered the bed frame for my son, we are very pleased with the quality. There could have been some more updates on shipping, other than that we are happy with the service, would buy again.

We have only had the mattress for about one month, but so far we are liking it. There were some concerns regarding the delivery...late at night arrival for mattress around 8pm! Driver didnt have hand cart, was dragging across driveway until husband helped carry! Wondered if we were not home, how driver would get it up onto porch, or where and what condition it may have been.
