Mattress didn't even last 2 years
EDIT - May 27th 2025 - Got a call from Logan & Cove today. They saw my reviews and after they went through the entire log of emails and my comments, I was offered a full refund. So I'm changing my score. However, I'm still wary because of a question I have: if I hadn't raised such a fuss, would I have ever gotten any resolution? Because at the end of the call, I was asked to 'remove your reviews'. So, was the refund because of the bad service, or because they want only good reviews? I don't know.

Bought a mattress from Logan & Cove in 2023. It's 2025, and the mattress is causing me so much pain I've moved to sleep on the couch most nights.
Customer Service has not been helpful. It was suggested to me to go see my doctor when I contacted them about the mattress. I contacted them since said mattress is supposed to come with a 15 year warranty.
Got tired of the blatant attempts at avoiding responsibility and the lack of help. So I was forced to go and buy another mattress. The Logan & Cove one is going to be recycled.
I wasted 1300$ for a mattress that didn't last two years. That's a lot of money for me, and I had to borrow money to get the new mattress from another Canadian company.

Mattress comfortable for side sleeper
The mattress has been ok for my hip and shoulder as a side sleeper. It is firmer than expected but the pillow top is very cushioning. It was an easy purchase and fast delivery. Works well with my existing temperpedic adjustable base.

Very happy with our mattress
We bought a Logan and Cove mattress and couldn’t be happier! We reviewed and compared many boxes Canadian mattresses and ended up ordering from Logan and Cove. It came on time and we love it. It’s super comfortable and has edges so we can sit on the side of the bed. It’s well constructed. We are very pleased with our purchase.

I'm happy with my soft beautiful bamboo sheets, they seem like very good quality and are so comfortable. Nice to know there are still some reputable companies out there with good products and services if you look for them, never will I buy sheets on amazon or at a cheap box store again.

We have had two mattresses…
We have had two Frontier mattresses since September. One king and one full/ double. Both are really comfortable and just what we needed. The sheets that came with them are really nice quality and have 16” or so pockets. The mattresses will accommodate sheets with 15” pockets but I like the ones with slightly deeper pockets. Customer service and delivery were excellent.

6month update
We have had our mattress for around 6 months now, sleeping so much better than our old mattress. The Logan and cove has been great, good edge support; no dips have started for form, we have rotated it at the 3mo. And now again at 6mo. And everything is feeling great!
