Fast and Efficient System
We installed Logical Office at the end of last year and it has helped a great deal with the control and flow of our sales process. It is a straightforward system and the support offered is excellent. Set up and installation was a very easy process. The system has streamlined our sales process and allows us a good level of reporting and especially the tracking and follow up of sales calls and customer requests.

The workflows in Logical Office are …
The workflows in Logical Office are huge time savers. Initially I couldn't see the point but very quickly these magical things became an essential part of office life. Before Logical Office, as a busy sole practitioner, I was constantly finding things I had forgotten about in the piles of "stuff" laying around the office. Client books I had forgotten being dropped off; tax return information I had forgotten being phoned through; confirmation statements almost out of time before filing; accounts deadlines almost being missed.
The various workflows I use now to keep on top of everything are Self-Assessment, accounts (separate ones for ltd companies and partnerships/sole traders), VAT, payroll, company secretarial and fixed price agreements. Together they cover all important client facing deadlines and ensure nothing is forgotten. They even replicate themselves as the accounts year end passes by. These workflows make sure every client is chased in a timely manner for books and information. The letters and emails produced are automatic with no involvement from me but are all beautifully formatted in our company style.
The time savings are huge but for keeping on top of your workload, for being seen to be pro-active from a client perspective, and not forgetting anything - Logical Office is absolutely priceless.
