misleading sales practice

Do not sign any contract...
For anyone tempted to work with them... Please if you are a small company... Do not sign with them...
We went for a HR and 'half a million worth of online trainings...' and we realise 24 hours after being set up on Bright that we didn't have access to those for the price we sign for... Their support team just goes by the Sales man word (Dan H) and doesn't want to hear all the lies we were told... 'First aid training online... you will save money and time'... We were then told that they don't even offer First Aid training online...
We immediately cancelled the direct debits ... But they just keep threatening us that their account department will be requesting the 5 years payment (over 10k) if we want to get out of that contract... Even if we realised the scam within 24 hours and availed of absolutely 0 of their services...
Any small company needs to stay away from them... They will tell lies to get a contract signed... I don't know how these people sleep at night... regardless of the quality of their services... their ethic is just despicable!

Jennifer Jones, Buisness Development Manager Lied to insurance company after car accident

I am publicly flagging a serious concern regarding the professional conduct and integrity of Jennifer Jones (Business Development Manager).

Last year Jennifer was involved in a vehicle collision with me while driving a company car. Not only did she cause the accident, but she has since lied to the insurance providers, claiming I was at fault.

Immediately after reversing into me, Jennifer got out her car and asked if I had a dash camera, a clear indication of her intent to lie from the start. She offered no apology and refused to sign a note admitting liability. Two weeks later, my insurer notified me of her version of events: she claimed she had stopped to read a road sign when I "came around the corner at a high rate of speed" and hit her.

Fortunately, I have secured CCTV footage from the industrial estate that proves this statement is entirely false. This evidence is available for any senior stakeholder at the company who wishes to review it.

This situation has caused me significant headaches, including the likely write-off of my van and major business interruption. While I have been in contact with Amy Yates regarding an internal investigation, the lack of urgency is disappointing and feels like a tactic to avoid accountability.

When a senior employee, especially one in Business Development, displays such a blatant lack of integrity and resorts to lying to avoid responsibility, it reflects horrendously on the entire organisation.

I am posting this to ensure senior leadership is made aware, as I expect a company of this stature to hold its representatives to a high standard of professional ethics.

The HR company Peninsula did an exceptional job on a recent project by providing consistent, professional, and highly supportive service throughout. I would especially like to thank Gary Mullan and Kerry O’Neil for their hard work, dedication, and responsiveness. Every time I called or had a question, they were available, patient, and offered thoughtful advice without ever pushing their opinions. They truly listened, provided valuable guidance, and supported us every step of the way. Thanks to their commitment and expertise, we were able to successfully close the case, and as a client, we are extremely satisfied with the outcome.

My experience with Peninsula HR service…

My experience with Peninsula HR service has always been great. The team is always very supportive and professional.
Chloe Burrell is an excellent adviser. She is always available to talk as well as answering to emails really quick. Very confident in giving HR advise. Shows she has a lot of knowledge and the advise is always spot on. I would highly recommend her service.

Thank You

Unfortunately, as a result of Covid-19 Garry McFadden our H&S Consultant has been unable to visit our services and we have been unable to meet in person. Garry has been really helpful via Zoom and over the telephone and has given me an overview of the Dashboard. Garry has been great at steering me to the videos and E-learning. I am hoping to complete some of the E-learning modules over the next week.

I am looking forward to working with Garry and for him to see our services once the restrictions have been lifted.

Meantime, I would like to thank Garry for his support in this specialised subject.

health and safety visit

Afternoon
Just had a health and safety visit from Georege Cooper.
He was very helpful and friendly on his visit.
George has a vast knowledge of health and safety and ran through the new Health and safety online system with myself and other staff.

Our yearly H&S visit

Our H&S advisor George Cooper from Peninsula came to the office and also visited our Refuges to advise on H&S. George was more than helpful and even took the time to show me around the website I use as there are parts where I wasn't so sure about. George was very friendly and put me at ease straight away. I thoroughly enjoyed this visit and learnt a lot. I look forward to seeing him again next year.
