This is a scam they stole £2500 form me - DO NOT USE

This is the worst website development company, they took two years to build my website, they misrepresented the price and over charged me over the duration. Their communication and skills were at best pathetic! I would not recommend anyone to use this company. They will fleece you and not deliver the job in time.

They haven't delivered the webpage I ordered. The video I got from them was rubbish. Avoid them, they are scam. I have lost a lot of money, and could not get back the money.

Shockingly bad at doing anything! How they are still in business is beyond me. Wish I’d never gone near them!!!!! Incompetent and change staff frequently. Nothing went how it should. Avoid at all costs!!!!!

What a shocking scamming company.. Great to see the negative reviews allowed up as I was told by this company that negative reviews don't matter as the know how to get them removed!!! As for the company they take what they can from you to get what you agreed then try to add more costs on!! after weeks and weeks of nothing I said I wanted my money back.. no chance I was told.. and if I reported them I was not getting any of the work they had already done even though I already paid them!!! I hope trustpilot leave these reviews up as it might just save someone else from having to deal with this horrific company!!

I should have realized sooner.
The default website design they sent me was so naff as to be a joke.
Why did I not demand my money back then and there ?
I think that is because my so called designer was so smarmy and charming. I felt sorry for him !
He turned out to be a philistine who simply did not understand my vision. It was too sophisticated for him.
He kept telling me ( a fashion and art graduate ) what was fashionable while trying to fob me off with truly cheap and nasty updates that were supposedly interpretations of my feedback.
Eventually I cut my losses and ran - £550 the poorer.
I learned a very valuable lesson however which is to never cast your pearls before swine again.
If you have an artistic bone in your body or any sense of style and good taste - avoid these 2nd rate losers.
If you are running a take away chicken shop - that is about their level.
No class.
I hope their charming telephone sales team read some of these damning reviews and hopefully then they will decide that some jobs are just not worth losing your soul for. This is a sham company.

We purchased a web design package with this sham company pre C19 and at the point point of sale we were not provided with any terms and conditions. Having contacted this company 16months later to begin the web design process we were advised that the account had been deactivated. When we contacted this company to confirm we had not received any notification of a cut-off period we were told that emails had been sent, however no emails were sent? We requested evidence from Logo Cottage to support their claims, no evidence was received. We were then told a customer advisor would contact us to discuss this and no attempts were made to contact us. We then received an unsolicited call from Logo Cottage and the operative on the phone became very rude and ended the call when we suggested that we would be contacting our legal advisors to claim a full refund of approximately £400.

Do not employ the services of this company, they are rude, extremely unprofessional and they do not use real names, furthermore they will demand additional money for services they do not provide.

Steer clear.

please avoid this company it is totally scammed, do not waste your money, I have lost 5K never got my website live, it's been 3 years I have been chasing and nothing got back. please all customer avoid this company at any cost, they are fraud, do not waste your time and money I have been hurt and we don't want any other customers to get hurt.

Only gave me part of my package deal and decided to go quiet after taking my money. Customer service is appalling and try to force their products onto you. Would highly discourage other people from using this company.

Please do not use these guys. You will only waste money then have to start all over again. I know this from experience.

They keep trying to get money out of you even if you have already paid for and agreed on terms.
Was ok for a while, but when things started to go wrong, they vanished. Don't answer messages and cannot contact them on the phone. Never finished one of my projects so that says a lot for their money back guarantee.

Pay a little extra and get someone you can actually communicate with. It will be worth it

They was very poor from the start, everything asked was too hard for them, the designs looked like a child had done them, contact details were incorrect and when asked to update was told I should do it myself. Turnaround took around 2 months with constant chasing. I would recommend using a better provider if you need any designs doing as we would never use them again.

I could of put no stars. I spend over £3500 and so so much stress I got over the year until website was done. They promised in 2 month and it took a year. They constantly asked for more money and didn't deliver quality. They no reply to your messages once you pay them. So many mistakes on website. Website was working for a year, I fixed all the grammar mistakes that logo cottage should of done, because I paid for it. Eventually I fed up with them and let it go. It's been a year how I don't use or pay or contact logo cottage. I found brilliant person who created me fantastic website and no stress. My current website is million times better and I didnt pay as near as what I paid for logo cottage. They absolutly rip off and if you are new to it, you will fell for all sweet talk from sales people. They good sales people but that's all. They will promise you everything you want but you will not even get close what you asked.
Every time I wrote a bad review here, they would call me and asked to remove it, then carry on working on website for a while, if I remove bad review. I don't need to do this now as I have new website and it's been almost 2 years. I don't speak to logo cottage. I was new to website and they simply took advantages. Most likely you will be next as they will tell you that bad review here is nothing to do with them. That's what they told me and I don't know why I believed them. They good sales people. If you want good website and no stress, I wouldn't recommend logocottag. I still can't believe how much money I paid them :(. It's very sad but I got over it and learn a lot about website and now do everything myself and if I don't understand, I have a brilliant person who build website for me, help me sometimes. If not for her I would never have a awesome website now. Before thinking to choose someone to do website, check and check and check, don't fall for sweet talks from logo cottage or anyone.

Please do not use these guys, I was happy with the design of my logo and that but after a month to late they’ve been very slack and don’t care about there customers after you hand them your money, do not use these people please!

Totally useless, misleading customers, deception is part of their everyday business tactic, using false identities, will deceive you under the false promises of fast delivery and excellent quality while in fact they have absolutely no perception of time and have no clue what a deadline is. Well organised thieves. Stay away from those criminals. More to follow soon.

Wow what a big scam and I am amazed how many people have been conned by them and yet they continue to be going.
After reading multiple reviews on Trustpilot (especially the ones mentioning their Pakistani origin) losing several thousand pounds and several email exchanges with trading standards and my solicitors I found some details on this scam ring. So the guy behind all the scam network is JUNAID MANSOOR (DOB - July 1979, Nationality - Pakistan).
I did a bit research on Junaid Mansoor and shocked to find below. You can do the same, go to companies house website and find for company or officer. Type Junaid Mansoor in search and click on Officers link.
Also as mentioned by other reviewers type samaa tv digitonics fraud in google to see details of some of these scam websites and Mr Junaid Mansoor's name there.

Junaid Mansoor (DOB - July 1979, Pakistani national) created at-least 4 companies in UK within a short span (less than 2 years) and dissolved all of them except one. Company number is important here as you can have hundreds of companies with the same name.

These companies are registered at addresses in London, Manchester, Blackburn. One must wonder why someone needs creating 4-5 companies and dissolving in a short span of time. All of them have same name Junaid Mansoor, Pakistani - July 1979.

Now if you look at website cottage, logo cottage etc they say they are registered as Orbit Solutions (09106150) which is a different company (look at company numbers). So they basically stole identity of another UK based company with similar sounding name and put the companies house link on their website. It's actually very easy to do as companies house does not verify it.
If you send a court notice or a legal enquiry they will go to this Orbit Solutions(09106150) and not the real one owned by Mr Mansoor and you don’t get anything like in my case. How CLEVER!!!
Apparently no scammer (and Mr Mansoor is a big one) will advertise their real company name or details on their website.
I found following addresses for Mr Mansoor and they can be bogus as well but at-least I got something.

I am raising a fresh enquiry with Trading Standards and Police and sending them his way. This guy is scamming people even in US and seems these scammers are still active on US websites and LOL they have good reviews there !!! (as they did here before). It’s a really big and broad scam organized across countries. Even after their news of arrest in Karachi their websites are still running so not sure if they got their way out in Pakistan.
I hope my work helps someone to be warned and not lose their hard earned money. If you have been scammed use above details to approach authorities and spread the word so others do not get scammed by this person.

Ok so this website and others like website cottage, video cottage, logo design hub, web pro hub all operated under the same guise. These are nasty scammers who seem to have scammed many people.
My bad luck I hired them for my website design. They are useless scums who know nothing and give poor quality of work. Whatever little they used to do has now completely stopped. I did my research and found that they are a BIG SCAM. Their registered address in Hemel Hempstead and Manchester is bogus. The company they say they are registered with is a stolen identity. They bloody don’t exist in UK.
Reading few of the reviews on trustpilot I found they are all based in Pakistan and run scam websites in UK & US. They have stolen identities of government officials, individuals and companies so you cannot actually trace them. Google this - samaa tv digitonics fraud. You can see all these websites listed there. Owner is Junaid Mansoor, CEO is Burhan Mirza, business unit head is Umair Siddique.

I have lost close to 2500 and got nothing in return and I am going to approach my bank to see if I can get it back. My advice - contact your bank and see if you can get anything back under consumer credit act. Possibly talk to action fraud who are quite slow but if many people report they may do something.

I wish these fraudsters rot in jail. Another thing - their websites are still running but DON'T give them any more money. Don’t waste your time with them - contact your bank.

Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews first. This so called company is a scam! Please do not use them! I paid the money to get my logo resized, had a bit of communication with them and then nothing!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. A complete con! They took £2500 off us upfront spent 2 months working with us and then totally ghosted us. So far its been 6 weeks since we last heard anything. Do not waste your money or time with this awful company!
