This website is a scam and has been operating for quite some time and it has been falsely using the identity of Orbit Solutions Limited. I am Amit Gautam, director of Orbit Solutions and have been going through the problems created by them for more than a year.

Orbit Solutions Limited has nothing to do with this website nor is part of any of the services provided by them. Orbit Solutions Limited has been incorrectly and fraudulently represented in all communications from these websites.

I have already reported this to Action Fraud (Ref No - NFRC201204104216) on 14 December 2020. I have raised a report with Action Fraud earlier on 24 February 2020 ( Case Number - NFRC200203507972) which was closed without any action.
This has also been reported with other authorities like Companies House, Regulatory & Trading Standards etc.

Over a period of more than a year I have received letters and enquiries from individuals, debt collection notices, lawyer notices, HM Courts and Tribunals Notices, Regulatory & Trading Standards Notices etc. Whole situation has put me under tremendous stress without any fault of mine. While I have been suffering due to this identity theft these scammers continued scamming people who then lodge compliant against me.

I raised a whistle-blower with Trustpilot providing all proofs but they seem to do nothing. I am not sure if Trustpilot will keep or remove this review but hope this is seen by as many as possible. These fraudsters flagged my previous review and got it removed where I supplied action fraud reference number.

There are some reviews here which describe true nature of these criminals operating from Pakistan and apparently an investigation has happened against them. Unfortunately, these websites are still running and they still advertise my name. I don’t know what else to do and feel quite helpless from whole situation.

And to anyone reading please use some common sense that a scam website who you cannot contact through email, phone or post why would the director of that company have his home address publicly available. I myself have been a victim of this whole situation and in process of closing down my limited company. Please contact Action Fraud using reference number provided and help me and others who have been scammed.

I have nothing to hide and my details are available in public domain and with authorities. To anyone reading please do make a note of this number or include in your reviews just in case this review gets deleted.

I paid to get a website almost €1000 website still not complete months later cant contact anybody about it. Its a scam avoid at all costs!!!
As a small business to have this happen is devastating.

The FIA has filed an FIR against Digitonics, a software house operating in Karachi, for forgery and cheating.

The FIR, filed on behalf of the State at the Cyber Crime Reporting Centre, accuses the company of forgery, money laundering, cheating, and a number of other crimes.

It is registered under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016:

Section 13 electronic forgery
Section 14 electronic fraud
Section 16 unauthorised use of identity information
Section 20 offences against the dignity of a natural person
Section 26 spoofing
as well as the Pakistan Penal Code:

Section 34 common intention
Section 109 abetment
Section 419 cheating by personation
Section 420 cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property
Section 468 forgery for the purpose of cheating
Section 471 using as genuine a forged document
Section 500 defamation
and sections 3 and 4 of the Anti-Money Laundering Act.

The FIR says the crimes were committed between 2015 and 2021.

The inquiry has been registered based on a source report on international scammers operating in Pakistan that the FIA received from the Islamabad Cyber Crime Wing.

The report identified scams operating throughout the country, including harassment, fraudulent activities, identity impersonation, cheating, phishing, and extortion.

“It revealed the scammers have different websites offering various services which include designs, web developing etc. These websites are reported to blackmail and extort money from their customers after gaining their personal information by impersonating themselves as government officials of the US, UK, and UAE,” it read.

The scammers directed customers to file trademarks and deposit foreign exchange to register the trademarks, according to the FIR, which noted that the company charged a minimum of $100 to initiate the process.

The scammers also impersonate government officials and warn customers to get their trademarks registered or else they will face a lawsuit and have their company shut down, it said.

It also accused the company of forcefully shutting down customers’ websites and then charging hefty amounts for their restoration. “The impact of these scams in not only contributing to increase the crime rate but will damage the reputation of Pakistan internationally.”

It implicated the owners of Digitonics Labs Pvt Ltd, which is located in the Business Avenue building on Sharae Faisal. The software house was raided earlier this week.

Owner Junaid Mansoor, CEO Burhan Mirza, business unit head Umair Siddique, and others have been implicated.

The action against the software house was initiated after investigation agencies from foreign countries filed a complaint to the Pakistan government that the company’s websites were blackmailing and looting their citizens, said an FIA source, requesting anonymity. He didn’t, however, reveal the names of the countries.

In the FIR, the FIA said that it found at least eight suspicious websites after examining digital evidence found from the software house’s office. These include designeminent.com, logocottage.co.uk, videocottage.co.uk, websitecottage.co.uk, videoproficient.com, octalogo.com, designproficient.com, perfecent.com.

The websites, according to their contact us pages, are either based in the US or UK.

A quick look at the websites reveals that logocottage.co.uk and websitecottage.co.uk had the same address: Digital World Centre, 1 Lowry Plaza, The Quays, Salford, Manchester.

They registered my domain name without telling me through go daddy meaning if I want it back I have to go through a broker and then pay 20% what they agree to sell it to me for. How the hell is that fair?! You cheating scum.

Took money and not provided service. Can no longer get in contact with company (email or tel). Live chat always says to leave a message and someone will get back but they never do, although they were very chatty before I handed over any money to them - SCAMMERS

I signed up for 2 logo designs and took premier package. Unfortunately following the submission of my brief, I have not heard from them. I have tried to reach them via, email, mobile and chatbox and had no luck. Its as though they have vanished. I have received anything for the money I paid. Really bad method of communicating and I would not recommend them at all. at present I'm trying to get a full refund for the appalling service I have received.

A complete Rip off

I was pressured to pay £99.00 as a special deal by Michael Stanton.

I duly paid this and received 3 logos to which my 5 year old daughter could of made up.

When I asked for some amendments nothing came back.

I have now waited 2 weeks for a response and have received nothing, when I call +44-161-884-0966 it plays music then goes dead and cuts off.

I have emailed Michael Stanton and no response yet he was very quick to answer when it was about payment.

My fictitious designer was a person called Oliver Kim and as above this person has no ability to create logos at all.

I’m just glad that all I spent was £ 99.00 and hope these rip off merchants stop trading and taking money off innocent people in times when a pandemic is killing a country.

Well, the process of designing the logo was simple enough and we got one put together.

However, I am still to receive any communication back from them after confirming the final draft.

This was 2 weeks ago. I have been unable to contact them via phone, online chat, email or the messaging forum they use.

So I have paid for the service, and have not received any goods for the money. Only a final design which I cannot get any access to.

If someone from Logo Cottage is reading this please contact me.

I would avoid using these guys based on my experience as I am out of pocket and have no logo!

Initial contact was knowledgeable and prompt. I paid for a logo, recieve 6 concepts which were ok. I have since tried to feedback to select a logo and suggest revisions (which is part of the package) and no response to email or messages.

Avoid them if you want a project completed on time.

i will echo previous reviews , please avoid this company at all costs for web site design . i have now been around 6 months and several hundred pounds in and have a worse than useless website , it is live , with absolutely none of my content. the only thing it has is my company logo (unfortunately) but the rest is template and all the content is Ipsum Lorem !! they supplied me with a link to edit , which didn't work. then a link to a tutorial video....you know what's coming next ! I have now tired since the end of December to contact but have had no reply . the web page for me isn't the main source of traffic to my business thankfully but if it is please beware . also please be cautious of high star reviews for this company as they push you very early in the process to carry out the review , when all appears to be going well ! will be contacting my bank to try and reclaim the money they have taken .

Used Logo cottage for trademark work but have had no response lately. It seems the company and its contacts have stopped working or ceased. In addition, during my consultations my money was taken out of my account before I agreed for a particular service. The company apologised but still have no delivered the work. I am going to recall my payments. I believe the company may have stopped trading. Please stay clear.

This is a complete scam. I was told that our website would be built within a few weeks, 6 months later I was STILL asking them to correct basic spelling errors on the site. I think most of the work is farmed out to india, so the usage of the language on the website was shocking, to say the least! Although they use UK salesmen to lure you in. They did not follow simple instructions and I spent more time asking them to correct thier own mistakes even when i had given them a simple draft to follow. Once one mistake was recified they seem to have created another one - it was job creation and exhausting! I spent more time on this than our business. There were also endless issues with our forms, enquiries and emails not being received, needless to say we lost customers. They were unreachable alot of the time, but now seem to have now completely disappeared off the face of the earth leaving us completely in the xxxx
Ive had a look at the reviews here and their own employees have been filling out the 'great' reviews. Dont go anywhere near this company if you do get hold of them or they get hold of you !!

Have tried ringing them 3 times today and keep getting disconnected i am now going to contact my bank to recall the payment as they are a fraud

This company is a SCAM. They are very keen to take the money. Promise. They will provide a fast turn round. I suspect all these English sounding identies they seem to be using are false.
Plus all the good reviews are false reviews

This company is a SCAM - BEWARE , we paid them IN FULL and literally hours later - they disappeared with our money. They play as a real company, based in the UK etc etc , its all a LIE
we have made reports to the AUTHORITIES, to warn them of how they operate.
