Robert was quick to reply to emails, incredibly helpful and efficient in getting my business logo, business card, email signature and letter head. First let me say that Hazel Connor was excellent! She was very attentive and communicated well throughout the process. That's why I hate to only give 3 stars. I would have given 5 stars, but I can tell you that I don't like their business model. I paid their $50 fee for my logo. The process was great to start but then came the hard sell to buy other things. Then the “unlimited revisions” they promised disappeared. They would try to sell you something else BEFORE they deliver on the actual purchase you made. First it was copyright protection for $500 and then it was another $256 charge to actually receive the files I paid for in the package. They lowered the price by $100, but my $50 simple logo, ended up costing me $206. If you read their 1 star reviews, you will see that many others had this same experience. I wouldn't have minded had I been told about the additional charges when I started the process. It felt dishonest and like my logo was being held hostage to the additional fees. All in all, I received a great logo that I am very happy with for our group. So, the $206 was not excessive, just not what I was told that I was going to pay when we started the process. I'm sorry Hazel! Buyer beware!

This place is a scam they got me for 1300.00 and end result was I tried to get my bank to step in. They gave false info to bank and still are calling me telling me stuff about website maintenance etc to get more money. I will give them reviews till the day I die. Don't do it

8/8/23 They just called me again and said they let people go and that they could start my project again. I asked for a refund again. Strange the caller ID said deer park family. I blocked it, they never give up
8/29/23 just got this text from Mike Smith telling me that my hosting is up was gonna copy and paste but not allowed here

Called today to tell me I have a trademark conflict. Indian guy with fake name of Alex. Will it ever end? I told him off and hung up. 330-312-1126 is my phone number. Please stop trying to say you are not the ones. You people are still trying to scam me. Like I said I will review you till the day I die. Or you can give me the $1300.00 you stole
10/5/23 Logo Genies called me again and want to restart my project. I again told them I want a refund. Caller ID said Deer Park Family and called from 281-241-8567. I will keep you posted on more scam calls as they come in
4/4/2024 Just wanted to let people know that I have yet to get a refund of any kind. I still get a letter ever 3 months that my hosting is due and a call from Texas in a fake english accent at least once a month. Please people do not use them they will rip you off. I will keep updating as I do not want this warning to ever go away

Tom, was very responsive and available to take a call. I gave them my idea of what I wanted but with their creative ideas it made my logo perfect. Thanks again.

I have been working with Chris Adams on a company logo and he’s extremely helpful and knowledgeable to say the least. Immaculate follow ups and exclusive design options. He asked me for details about my company to insure that he understood what my needs are.. thank you Chris and your team.

I have only given this company 1 star as I had no choice. I signed up for a logo, it was awful, at that time my presumptions were I got what I paid for. I was foolish enough to get my website made from them, a terrible mistake. It has been over 10 months and I have had nothing materialised. My stomach turns with the fact that I have lost $800. For a small Buisness owner such as myself, $800 is a small fortune. This company should be ashamed of themselves for providing a service without a delivery.

John Mark was very quick, very helpful and knowledable as well. Couldn't have had a better experience.

Update as of 8/18: instead of contacting me to try to resolve this issue and provide what I paid for, this company is continuing to claim this review is not for them, even though I have provided proof and it has been verified. I still have not received a refund, as promised.

I just received a notification that this shady company is trying to remove my review. As of today (7/31/23), I *still* have not received a refund. BUYER BEWARE. Go read the Google reivews.

I signed up for the $69 package and still have not received a finished product after 2 weeks. First, I was asked to leave a review before my logo was even finished. I was supposed to receive 5 designs and unlimited revisions. I only received 4 and after my second revision request, the communication stopped. I followed up and sent examples of what I was looking for and still haven’t received my designs. I ended up creating something using Canva. I really wanted this to be a good experience and took a chance, but I should’ve trusted my gut.

Victoria has done an excellent job handling my account. I am very pleased

John Mark was very professional and he has helped us pick the best package for the creation of our logo for the website. We are extremely happy and we will definitely be using them again in the future.

So far so good, it was very easy to select the package and now I am just waiting on the 48 hours to receive the designs.
