I dealt with Steven, a Project Manager at Logogenies. His attention and customer service was excellent. There was a bit of a communication gap with the person who sold me the package I purchased and Steven. It was corrected by Steven since I brought it up and said that, I would not pay anything additional. Again, Steven did make it all right at the end! I am grateful to him as an individual. I will say this, make certain you clearly understand the package you choose and what they are to provide you with.

I enjoyed working with Eddie on my logo, he was patient with me as I worked through my design. He kept in touch with me through-out the process and made sure I was satisfied with the outcome.
