Absolutely worst service I have ever had from a company in my life! After several months and complaints with phone calls after insisting they call me to resolve I was told quote ‘Well do it yourself then!’ ‘I don’t have time for this call’ etc etc absolutely discusting! If you want cheap service then expect the very worst quality and customer experience you will ever experience like myself! Good luck I made mistake of not reading these before going ahead!

The website they built for me was not designed properly and almost none of the hyperlinks were even setup. They have a lot of people that are great at selling and making promises that they will not uphold. When the website was taken live I was promised that a developer would walk me through the site and train me on the options embedded of which I have never heard from them.

I went through four developers in two months, and my site looks like a child developed it, you can see for yourself at geosolarpower.com. Furthermore, they talked me into purchasing SEO and upgrading my site to support it but nothing has been doen other than they took my money.

Black friday is about to come and i am ready with all the design tasks beforehand. Thankyou logoshines for the quick response and quality designs.

It may be possible that they are connected with "Logo Ventures" same game, Complete fraud. When I was unhappy with the lack of support, expressed my concern over the fact that the address they have listed as their business address DIDN'T EXIST, they hung up on me, TWICE! Then a smooth talking guys calls and persuades me to drop my dispute with the bank (they got me for $299, stupid me) I tell my bank that they are working to resolve the issue...after that, no follow thru. They send crappy designs WORSE than the ones I can do on the free logo maker site, not following any of my directions. NO RESPONSE. I requested a refund, he said you only get a refund if we do not deliver your product. I screen shot the webpage that guarantees 100% refund if not happy. I AM NOT HAPPY and now they will not return my calls. A HUGE SCAM! HUGE! STAY AWAY! I plan on disputing with my bank and filing a report with the BBB. BTW. the address on Hope St is not their real address. Neither is the one in Gardena.

Thankyou for the amazing halloween banners and logo's. I was able to pull of a perfect campaign for Halloween. One can count on Logoshines for out of the box ideas and quality designs.

I am really disappointed, frustrated and upset that I chose LogoShines UK as the company to design my logo. They persuaded me that they would also be the best company to develop my website and led me to believe they are UK based - clearly not. I have been upsold an expensive SEO package -my business is a new starter with a set limited budget and I thought the money would be well spent. How wrong could I be. I signed up on 15th September, and they were given a deadline for my e-commerce site to be live by 11th October. They are also fully aware of the importance of the logo being ready 2 weeks before this so that I could be "business ready" for the launch. Today is the 7th NOVEMBER and still I have no logo and no website. Initially I was happy with the service and communication provided. However! After discussing numerous times my visions and requirements and sending information including colour palettes, photographs, illustrations and examples of what I am looking for in EVERY REVISION -it seems that they are incapable of following simple instructions. Emails are very slow to be answered and I am constantly asking for updates. Revisions are now very very slow - it seems like I have been put on some sort of hidden blacklist. I have been incredibly polite and patient but now not having had any communication since the middle of last week despite my reaching out several times, and after another sleepless night worrying about not having launched my business and missing out on Christmas specific sales, I have no alternative but to ask for a full refund (for the second time), which I have now done. I wonder if they will respond?

I was contacted!!!
After much discussion Logoshines UK are now working hard to complete the website. They are in communication almost daily and have I now have the completed logo package. Hopefully today will see the website landing page live !

They designed very unique banners for my social campaign for halloween. Design team is superb.

On November 5, 2017 I made a call to Logoshine's customer services number where I spoke with a gentlemen by the name of Matthew. I explained to him that I was calling to get a refund for the website that they created for me. I wasn't satisfied with the website nor the promises they had given me such as putting my website on search engines like Google, Yahoo ETC. I explained to him that Roy Miller which is the person I originally spoke with didn't make it clear to me that in order to put my website on the search engines would be an additional cost. Matthew made it clear that no refund can be given since the website is "live". I advised him that he can go ahead and remove the website which I no longer want. Matthew was the most unprofessional person I ever spoken to he even went on to call me a Mexican, he also said I sounded like a Mexican and looked like one as well. I have never been so offended in my life knowing that a company that did work for me would say racial slurs to me. I kept asking Matthew to transfer me to another Manager above him and he advised there wasn't anyone else that he was the boss. Then he transfered me to the legal department where I spoke with Adam he advised me that there are two options I can go by. Option one submit a request for the $299 I paid for the building of the website and they will see if they can refund me the money or Option two if I was to submit the request automatically the website will be taken down and I lose my $299. Either of the options that they are providing to me don't even make sense. I told Adam that either way I didn't want the website or care to lose the website. But his colleague was the most disrespectful person I've ever had to deal with. I hope that this matter gets resolved and that Matthew gets disipined with the higher personnel at Logoshine. Please note that I will also be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. I hope that someone above Mr.Matthews contacts.

Stay away from this "company". They are cheaters! I've ordered 3 different services and got nothing, they promised me a refund which I've never received!

Very swift response right after my inquiry and the logo designs were very unique and out of the box. Prices are affordable and designs i received were very much what i expected.

Smooth process right from the first day, designs were ready and sent on the deadline, customer service could slightly improve but overall a good experience.
