I'm struggling to make any contact with this company, they designed my logo and business cards but still awaiting for these to be sent Allong with my copyright certificate for my logo, we have paid for a website design but we are now incredibly worried that we have been ripped off,
They are quick to take your money but slow to reply/respond and post what you have paid for,
I hope this gets sorted ASAP as we feel it's a very unfair way to work.

Really liked the concepts for logos/social banners and the end result received, customer support is cooperative and overall its a nice experience.

I am disappointed and shocked. A company working in this field could be so unprofessional slow and uncaring. Horrible customer service. As they promised to refund a month ago, heard nothing since. Ben Roger, Peter , Shawn Dawis saying refund has been processed but l havent received nothing. They always ignored me. Poor service. Do not waste your money...

I have used logo shine UK twice now for my catering company. It does take time as in a few days for them to design your logo, but it's worth waiting. The quick and friendly response from Chris Jones reassures you that the design on it's way. Thank you to all the team I would not hesitate recommending logo shine to anyone, very good value for money and excellent work.

Three months after taking my money... I am STILL awaiting a completed website! Ben Rogers who promised me the simple web pages I required would be finished within days, and assured me that I only had to email a couple of links of Websites that I wanted mine to resemble... Is soooooooo slow, talks in riddles (and I explained that I am not internet speak savy!) and has offered me nothing like I provided links for! Asking me to resend photography ... Why?...did he delete the originals?
Currently almost a week since last emailed him, and still awaiting a response. Logshines... I want this finished, preferably this coming week, and I also want compensation for the ridiculous length of time this has taken! My experience has been nothing like the one I was promised by your sales team!!!!

If you do not finish this project this week, I expect 100% of my money refunded. You have cost me enough in lost revenue by not providing the website, kindly do the right thing now!
Latest Update: I was informed today, that my email was "missed" because Ben Rogers received a lot of emails the day I sent it!!!!!! However, at least I got a call from him... I wonder if that could have anything to do with the power of Trust pilot!

Horrible customer service. I was told that if I was not happy with my logo I could receive a refund. After several attempts at producing a quality logo we just couldn't seem to get there. The logos look cheap and something I could've done myself. I gave several examples and tried to tell them what I liked and I disliked sent more examples and still poor quality and minimal effort. I would definitely not use this company because now they're refusing to give me a refund. So, I'll just spend the next six months trying to get a decent logo out of them. Which will end up costing them more money then it would to just give me a refund. Trust me don't waist your time of money on this below average company.

You may ask them the initial designs before they complete your task, team is co-operative. Appreciate swift responses by the project coordinator. Overall designs were very cool and fresh!

Business card logo was just some average copy and paste logos you could find yourself.

Better off spending 10% of the price elsewhere.

Within less than a day we had 6 great logo designs, all really good. We finalised in no time. These guys are very efficient and easy to work with, I found the whole process easy to use. I would recommend this company, and would use them again in the future.

very rude disgusting people not based in the uk do not go here ever i am surprised why they haven't been shut down. they say there really good at business and i need to learn. no thank you trying to warn people as I'm trying my best to try stop this from happening to people still going through the process with my bank to get my refund they claimed i could have
