Id give 0 stars if this was possible.

While the logo I asked for was to plan and within a reasonable time, I’ve found their staff to be polite, yet harassing.

I’ve told ever customer service rep to kindly stop contacting me regarding a logo. I was happy with the logo but will no longer require their services.

From 2018 until now I’ve been getting contacted about getting another logo done. I blocked their number, they use another. I’ve escalated this issue to management, I still get calls having been told they will never contact me again.

This company are hounds and will never leave you alone should you opt to use their business.

Please, if there is any representative from Logo Symmetry reading this review, do not contact me. I have below 0 interest in speaking to you again.

Logos symmetry provided an excellent and professional service, they created a logo design and a logo animation for my video production business. I was consulted on at every step of the process, and they were very patient with all the changes i made. I am well impressed with the logo and creativity. Eric Cantona was professional, patient and open to my ideas. Thank you for the excellent service you provided.

It is very surprising (and maybe not) that you are responding to a comment, but not responding to all my phone calls, voicemails and emails. Dear people, they have even blocked my number! That’s how they treat their customers. But of course ‘they love to hear back from me’. I even tried to reach you through the live chat on your website. I have proof of this too

- The website was never delivered to me as you mentioned in your response to my comment. I asked for all my DNS settings (I have proof of the e-mails) so far you never gave them, not even a response. I hereby kindly request you to do this because I no longer want to work with Logosymmetry and would like to go elsewhere where they put the website back online and build it to my satisfaction

- Login details have been shared with me from the mobile application, but immediately after receiving those details I have mentioned it many times that they did not work (I also have proof of those e-mails) but this has never been solved by Logosymmetry

- I also have limited access to social media. I still can't log in to Facebook. I've also mentioned this (I have proof of this in e-mails too) but unsurprisingly, Logosymmetry never replied to these request(s)

- Regarding to the other two projects; I am very dissatisfied with the progress of the first project and will never give my approval for my other 2 projects. I want and expect my full refund because I don't wish to continue with Logosymmetry due to breach of trust and false promises.

- (!!!) My review is not making you lose customers, it’s helping other people to don’t make the same mistake I did. So please, if you are willing to work with this company, STOP IT. My comments are showing you what I am going through

You made me pay more than necessary. You have taken advantage of my ambitions and my ignorance. There are many false promises made by Logosymmetry. I have requested and initiated a thorough investigation into this company.

As I have stated before I will not let this case rest until I receive my refunds.

My design manager Desmond Pereira was so helpful and patient, allowing me to execute the multiple changes I needed to get my logo exactly right for my business. I am extremely happy with the company’s overall work and their communication throughout the logo concept, design and completion stages was excellent! I would definitely recommend 5*!!

Working with Mark Dennis was a pleasure . The company gave a great selection of logos initially and worked with me to adapt and produce my final logo. There was always a prompt response to my requests and what I particularly appreciated was the opportunity to talk with Mark to discuss the designs. I would highly recommend this company

My manager was Chris Mason I must say very very good at what he does he helps you and talk to you through it step-by-step honestly I am very impressed with the quality of work I have had a logo made up and business cards and I must say the quality of work is excellent and their customer service is A* thankyou for your help

This is the second time I have used this company and both times they have managed to deliver exactly what I am looking for. On this occasion my project manager Terry was spot on, got the brief and was in communication at all times

I am very happy with the broad range of services provided by Logo Symmetry UK and in particular Chris Mason's advice on how to start and develop my business idea, the logo for it, and my social media presence. Step-by-step he has directed me on how to progress in my own pace and has been very patient and helpful to achieve my goals. I hope we stay in touch and I get to work with him again in the future.

The worst company I've dealt with to date.
Very promising but not deliver, can not get hold of customer service when they see your number.
Not professional, not responsive.

I'm 100% sure all the 5 star reviews are fake.

Terrible terrible terrible company. Logo agreed but NONE of the merchandise ordered matched the logo. All merchandise was paid for upfront. Big mistake.They didn’t even get the colour right! Getting any kind of response has taken weeks. I have contacted trading standards and am trying to get the refund I deserve because their work is completely sub standard and unacceptable. Please do not be fooled into the promises of a cheap logo it is a con to draw you in to purchasing merchandise.

Jack Williams has been fantastic! His work ethic, efficiency and creativity has been great and the work he has put together for myself has been outstanding.

Jeff Dawson helped us with our logo, he was so attentive and so easy to work with. It was an absolute pleasure and such an easy process.

Avoid at any cost
They won’t deliver, they won’t give you a refund and it’s not a U.K. registered business. In their London address there is no company with this name.
Reported them to trading standards and have taken them to small court claims.

I used these guys for logo design, stationery design and business cards.
Jeff was really helpful and patient and I am very happy with the resulting designs. They also supplied physical business cards which arrived today and I am thrilled with the quality.

Toke my money and never delivered a website avoid at all costs use Uk based company’s may cost a little more but at least they deliver

I got a Website service from them. They charge you in advance. They assign you to some team in India that does not deliver to what they promise. They don’t deliver to timelines. Every time you receive a draft is awfully done, and the process of changes just goes on and on, never ending because of their bad quality and lack of ability to understand what you need.
After a few months I realised that the website I have requested in WordPress is actually a dump of code that I can’t use. I have asked them to fix it and the response was that they have delivered a website and that they won’t help. They don’t care about being reported because they are not an UK company.

I do not recommend doing business with these people, it’s a scam.

Hope you are well, what I can see that you have no knowledge about web development and coding, you have a pattern of coming back every now and then and requesting changes and bulling companies in doing your work for free.

Your history with working Indian companies clearly shows that you think everyone is beneath you and you can threaten or bully anyone for your work. If you were not satisfied, you should have not taken delivery of your website. The reason we are not afraid of your threat is that we have delivered on your approval and we have proof of your email.

We will file a complaint against you doesn't matter you are in the Middle East or in the USA you will soon be getting a response from our legal team.

It is not professional to make allegations against people for your own shortcomings and mistakes.
