I had them to do a redesign of my logo and the results were in line with my expectations. Once they read the brief, they provided noticeably clear instructions on the process which made it extremely easy during the design, revision, and finalization steps. The turnaround time was as stated, and I appreciated their attention to every detail of my instructions. In addition to the logo, The Symmetry Group also supported design of a stationery pack (letterhead and envelope etc.) and reformatting of the logo for social media accounts.

I was recommended to contact The Symmetry Group. Wow! What a difference it makes for a business, to connect with a team of people that know what they are doing. I have yet to stump them with a task they cannot handle. They far exceeded our expectations. Great Job Team! Keep up the fantastic work!

NOT A REGISTERED UK COMPANY - READ BELOW

I hired LogoSymmetry to build a custom website for my business. The designs they sent to me were clearly from a template and was littered with spelling mistakes and did not conform to my design brief at all. Long story short, they did not meet anywhere near the deadline and refused a refund over 45%! I appealed this with my bank but it had to go to court as they couldn't deal with it. I sent a pre-court letter to their 'registered address' but it seems like it is a virtual address. THEY ARE NOT REGISTERED IN THE UK, there is NO company number in the UK. I could go further with court proceedings but for the amount of money involved it is not worth it, plus I'd need to find their company number which they don't have. Most of these reviews seem like they are self written too, just look through and you'll see what I mean...

Again, avoid like the plague!

Use at your own peril
LogoSymmetry are a company that seems to offer very good prices. They have a pretty decent prices and even will seem to have very good customer service. That's what it looks at the beginning but don't be deceived.

First, I used them for a logo which they delivered on time and at good price. Of course with their skilful selling tactics they made me "a good deal" -never do that and managed to charge me for what would be two websites. The agreement was that I would paid half at the beginning and another half when the websites would be finished.

After a long wait, they supposed to deliver the website to me but never did and when at the end did. They did it but hack my website first. They lied to me as they asked me for my credential supposedly to deliver the website into my hosting account but instead they infiltrated my website and since them my website is show as insecure and received dozen and dozen of scam emails from them.

The other website, I never saw the light of it. Paid half of it but they never delivered anything. Contact them endless times and what they wanted was for me to pay them the whole amount which of course I would not for the bad experience I have with them.

Just today I received one of their latest emails which I would love to post and screenshot for you to see it's real but it's no possible. But here, next is the copy and post from my email. please bear with me:

i placed order for customised website we fixed the price and i put deposit, after few month they change the project price to another amout after that they offered me wordpress website not customised one. when i asked for deposit back they refused to give back

Honestly wish I hadn't bothered with this company. They look very good from their website and they were very good at trying to sell me their website design package including logo creation. I started the process with them and the logo designs they sent over looked like they had been designed by a 5 year old. We are a dental practice and the only thing they did was put silhouettes of teeth with the practice name which I specifically said we didn't want that (very unoriginal). In the end we gave them a logo we MADE OURSELVES and asked them to adjust the colouring.

Then comes the website - honestly speaking to Luke Gomes, then Peter - we would have an hour conversation and get absolutely nowhere. They would try asking me for additional products and services rather than getting on with the project. Plus they never even answer their phone.

The website has taken a year and a half to make. It looks good but there are SO MANY MISTAKES on it still. Like basic grammar and spelling mistakes. I had to send them all the content and it took me so long to write. We pushed the website to go live because it was taking far too long and when i called and spoke to Desmond (apparently the whole office is off sick all the time and they pass me on to someone else repeatedly) - he said that now the website is live we would have to pay extra to change anything. I have also spoken to George, the boss and he helped make some changes. The lack of professionalism is unreal as we had a meeting scheduled for 2pm and he didn't answer his call because he was on lunch. How ridiculous is this? I have a busy clinic to run and timing is crucial and I ended up seeing my patients late as I knew the website needed to be sorted out.

I genuinely would not be surprised if they made up all their reviews. Oh and they're definitely not based in the UK.

There are so many things that I can talk about and genuinely I am clenching my teeth writing this. You feel so helpless because the only form of communication is phone or email and they never answer or reply.

ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE.

Derek was brilliant!
We were looking to rebrand our business with a more up to date logo & Derek certainly delivered on that. Everything that we asked came through above & beyond our expectations.
Would definitely recommend to anyone if they are looking for a professional experience from start to finish.

My design manager Derek has been very helpful with my project. Patient with my requests and always happy and keen to make the changes I want. My experience so far has been great. They do everything on a fast basis and my project manager has been very helpful with me during this period of time.
