Excellent service, great product, happy with the results. Started off just wanting a Logo, really happy with what I have received that I am now getting business cards, flyers, van stickers, website, magazine adverts and social media advertising.

Hats off to the team at Logo Symmetry.

Absolutely no doubt that I would use these again :) some reviews on here put me off at first but I’ve gone ahead and my final logo designs are outstanding. Thank you to the team here and look forward to working with you in the future

From first contact Mark and his team were amazing! Regular helpful communication. Listened attentively to our design brief. Many alterations all without issue. And the price we think is unbeatable. A great team, a great price and an amazing logo!

Customer service is none existent, paid for two separate logo designs for my two ventures. After original few concepts were sent over, I have had to chase and chase for the revisions. The concepts were no better than I could have done online myself. After over a month of chasing for a response via the app, I am send a slapdash revision that has merged both concepts into one.!!!

Ridiculous to have to explain to Carol that I have paid for two logos and Branding. Appalled with level of service. Will be seeking refund via my credit card, scammed !!

I am very happy with logosymmetry. Luke was my consultant to create website for my company. He is very helpful with each step and and gave me good discount too. He gave me best logos. Will recommend this service to everyone.

Guys, Please be Very careful from this company. They will take your money and not provide you with the services they promise.

I signed up with Logo Symmetry in July and it took well over 4 months to agree on a logo and they team couldn't get the design right.

I ended up designing the logo and sending them the files to make minor adjustments and alterations and send it back to me after a month of being blanked and ignored.

I then purchased from them business cards which were meant to the of high quality but was the absolute worse quality ever and the colours were completely off.

I reported this as soon as I received the cards, Made several complaints and now I am blocked as they dont want to refund/ reprint and continue the services they promised.

They are a fraud and they will block you completely.

DON'T FALL FOR THEM

The employee who was in touch with me was called Mark Dennis and he made sure everything went smoothly and stuck to a good time scale and listened to eveything i needed.

I needed a logo image of a fox for my cleaning company which i could use online, leaflets,business cards etc. I was also allowed unlimited revisions to make sure the image was perfect.

One mistake, put it down to human error but two, then three not sure of the intention. Can't fault the Logo hence the 3 stars, however this was shadowed by failure after failure. If everything went smoothly, I would have happily worked with them again. I won't be using their services in future as I'm still very confused what their end goal was. Felt like I would have had to pay them more money to receive my product, even though I had cleared my very overpriced bill.

Very pleased with the level of service I received from Logo Symmetry. They were able to cater to my company's needs, providing designs for the logo and business cards that I needed to represent my company's brand message and I was very impressed with the results! Excellent service delivered from a friendly and supportive sales agent. No complaints.

Hit the nail on the head, having been on commerce and business using various vendors we have had our share of potluck , costing many times to ask and rescope our project due to timeframes being altered due to delay , and hearing how a client wants to be treated.

So by coincidence logosymmetry popped up and we thought hey Derek sounds a likeable chap with whom could displace our previous thoughts as he sounded great and delivered the goods ,that within our budget and he was able to be flexible too.

Derek was absolutely Brilliant from start to finish. The logo is perfect and was amended as many times as needed. Will definitely be using again for future projects.

If you are running short of time and require some fantastic logos in quick time than look no further, Logosymmetry UK is the one place that can meet your demands better than most companies in the market. The quality of their work is clearly seen in the logos they make. I always employ their services.

Logo designs were extremely poor quality and looked like no care had been taken - for example, lines were not joined up where they should have been, or designs which should have been symmetrical were all over the place. It would be embarassing for them if I was able to post a photo of one of the designs I received.

Given I was not satisfied with the quality, I was told repeatedly that I would receive a refund. However, they would not commit to when this would be received and I have not seen anything weeks later. I have therefore been lied to. The person I dealt with used the name 'Mark Dennis' though I doubt this is the real name.

If you look in any detail at their positive reviews on this website, most appear to be obviously fake.

When I had my first phonecall with them having signed up for the service and paid, they wasted my time by insisting to talk through all the services they offered for about half an hour. At this early point I didn't want to hang up because I had paid for the service.

Having worked with Peter who has been working on my logo and website, where my ideas have been well executed, incoparting them nicely into one. He's been very patient and informative, helping me to get my business up and running, willing to go an extra mile at all times! Couldn’t be more happier with their work/service and would highly recommend.

At first all was great and guys were very helpful!

However as the design ideas went on and time passed it got worse.

They kept sending me a design I had told them I didn't like. They did this like 4+ times.
After this communication has been poor to say the least. Money back is impossible.
Also be weary of the reviews you see. I found the ones on social media are from fake accounts.

This is the first ever bad review I’ve wrote about any company. These really are that bad.

They have no chosen to ignore my messages and will not issue a refund.

DO NOT USE.

Worked with the Agent Mark Dennis, who really ensured, my logo and ideas were incorporated together as best as possible, was very patient and informative, helping me to get my business up and running. Couldn’t be more happier with the work and I would highly recommend. Thanks Guys
