I honestly am surprised with there quality of work at first I was a little skeptical about the packages but when I ordered the package I was greeted with the staff explaining the process and when it came to the actual work on the logo the quality of the logo as well as the amount of boxes they ticked in my requirements is surprising considering I didn't have any reference sheets or anything to help them.

In summery logo symmetry is an exceptional service they provide high quality logos for a reasonable price and in my honest opinion yoy can't get any better for the price

This company does not listen to its customers and the designs are no better than any you can download for free. They will do their utmost to sell their website service when you only want a logo. Ignore the ‘Secure Money Back Guarantee’ on their website! The logos I received bore no resemblance to my design brief, to the extent that even the colour I asked for was initially ignored. Even after telling them that I disliked all of the logos I had been sent they did not refer back to the original brief and ignored my feedback. If you request a refund be prepared for a battle - they will pressurise you into staying with the process. I have accepted a measly 40% refund because I don’t want to deal with them any more but have very little confidence that it will be paid to me any time soon.

I had a positive experience from start to finish from my first communication with Sam Lucas to logo design consultations with David Brown as project manager, both via telephone and e-mail. Very pleased with the end result. Thanks again :-)

actually. Could get a logo like this for free on any of the websites out there that auto generate them.

After selecting the least worst logo I get told great great! Give us another 70+£ and we will give you the files you should have anyway, the .ai source file.

The designers provided me with amazing set of ideas of the logo. The logo reflect more than what I imagine and beyond my expectations. Honestly, I believe the service is really worth what I paid for. Also, the communications with Adam Jensen were very great opportunity to reach the required target within good time scale. To sum up, I'm going to deal with this company again.

We instructed Logo Symmetry at extremely short notice ahead of an investment pitch, for a custom 2D explainer video. We had already had two bad experiences via Freelancer and Fiverr so needed someone who could deliver.

Logo Symmetry were brilliant. They came up with a full storyboard within a couple of days and then, once that was finalised (and we are quite demanding and perfectionist!), created the video within a few days after that. The communication throughout was brilliant and I could monitor progress via an online platform. We had loads of little tweaks, all of which were incorporated. We got all of this for a great price.

I would hugely recommend Logo Symmetry, and we will be using them again for other things.

I have just started a new business and knew I needed a logo to help make it recognisable, especially across all the different advertising platforms, but also depicted what the business was. I knew what I wanted it to feel like but no real ideas of what it would look like! A great brief for a designer! But this was no problem for David Brown who took the time to speak to me and understand what I wanted and how I was going to use the logo. He came up with such wonderful designs that it made it difficult to settle on one, and actually the final result was a combination of two!! He was so helpful and friendly all along the way and I am so delighted with the final product. He also redesigned my website, which I thought looked great before (using a different web designing programme) but now looks amazing and much more in line with what the business needs.

It's taken me far too long to write a review and I must say it's long overdue! Service was brilliant. I was given a beautiful and professional logo with the help of David Brown and his associates. The only thing I’d say is I was a bit confused by their pricing to begin with, but if you make clear what you need and what you want to spend they will try their best to fit in with your expectations. So don’t go with the website pricing. Give them a call and tell them what you want.

LogoSymmetry proved to be very professional, so far. My web design project was stuck in the middle with another company which never showed up after I paid the initial amount. I run a small furniture store and was in serious need to get my website done. It was really hard for me to contact them each day just to make few changes in design which never looked great. So, i cancelled my project with them and asked LogoSymmetry to design it from the scratch.

From the very first day, they worked as per my requirements. The communication process was very transparent and my calls were welcomed with the same courtesy and professionalism each time. My website is in the development phase and is expected to get live by this weekend.

Many special thanks to my account manager for staying in touch and keeping me informed about everything throughout the process.

OK so I commissioned a logo for a youth group that I run. Clearly we are not a wealthy high turn over group - we just need a functional attractive logo. Now fair play to LogoSymmetry that is what we got - *however*:

Their product packages make little sense - buy 4, 6 or more drafts - they will redraft until you're happy. Just buy the 4.

The logos that came through first draft bore little resemblance to the design brief. Were random, bland and unuseful.

It felt like I was being given any old tat. I refused and asked for better. What came back - it seems by luck - had one useful logo (albeit I had to ask them to change the colour on the lettering but no big deal).

Prepare yourself then for the B.S.

They send you the logo as a jpeg and if you want the better industry standard formats - £100 please.

They email you to ask you to 'upgrade'.

No thanks.

"OK do you want us to certify that the logo is an original creation owned by you?"

They wanted £450 what is basically an email to this effect.

What?!

How many people get stung for these extras.

In the meanwhile they will try to press you to let them develop your website and merchandise too.

With all their tricks and hidden costs I would not trust them.

I actually feel lucky to get away with the simple logo I asked for at the price that was advertised. The whole experience was unpleasant and had more to do with taking my money rather than delivering me something of quality.

I would genuinely not recommend.

Since placing this review I have received a very argumentative and confrontational phone call from 'customer services' telling me that I'm wrong (basically).

They have made it clear that it was mentioned to me that there was a £100 'upgrade' fee for other file formats before I went ahead with the purchase. If anything this underlines how quickly the 'upselling' begins and I'm still not sure it happened before I parted with my money. Let's give them the benefit of the doubt?

With regard to the fact that they are attaching such large prices to such incidental benefits - file formats and 'certification' - and they think this is fair and reasonable underlines my original review in double bold. They are not ashamed of this. Buyer beware! Another reviewer has mentioned feeling blackmailed into transactions, and another felt relieved not to have to deal with them again - I understand both of these perspectives.

I add onto my review that their 'customer services' team is downright aggressive - which is even worse. I will not *ever* do business here again and I have downgraded my review from 2 stars to 1 star accordingly.

This logo site was the best ever! They helped me make a fantastic illustrated logo! But the service was just extraordinary! Mark Dennis helped me a lot, I would highly recommend this site for anyone who need a fantastic logo.

Very professional. I would highly recommend them, they worked patiently and within the time frame promised to deliver such an amazing service. Would not go anywhere else for logos or website work. Fantastic team
