This is a great company and has been huge on service and they have great concepts.

I found Logo Symmetry is good company so far because it has professional team of website design who did my work efficiently.

Bad..Bad..Bad awful experience with this company .i gave logo to design .they sent me some rubbish I didn't like them .they have money back guarantee .when I ask money back no answer .no reply for emails .they have online chat when you got an issue they never reply .cause you have to sign up with your email they know that.rubish company .save your money and time.

Update on how rubbish Logo Symmetry is. I was told on 15th September that my refund will be processed within 3-4 business days. I emailed them back today 21st september to ask where my refund is and this was the reply I got.

"Your refund cannot be processed in mid of month as we are an Orgnization so your refund is due and will be processed by the end of month."

I then received another email from the "account manager" saying;

"It will be processed by today, don't worry"

I am at a loss for words on how awful this company is. I URGE EVERYONE TO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

He took note of our wishes/concerns and made adjustments accordingly. Very accommodating service. Would not hesitate to use them again.
