The quality of the hats and the stitching was noticeable and the placement of my business logo and clarity of the stitching was very attractive. The hats look great. The ordering process is a little clunky, especially if you need to start over. I ended up paying for some wrap I didn't want because I had to start over from the beginning and forgot to uncheck that box a second time.

The products and prices are great. There was a good variety of clothing options and the embroidered logo look beautiful. I know from past experiences with logo-up that they are sturdy, too. The online ordering interface was a bit confusing and cumbersome, but I still recommend them.

Good quality, high prices
The hats are great. The embroidery is excellent.
The shipping was slow for the price that was paid. The $2.99 "default location application" fee drives the cost up a lot.

Apparently descriptive information on 3 polo shirt silky shirts I ordered were similar to another type shirt in RJ Roberts inventory and I selected the wrong shirt. Hopefully through correcting the order I'll received the shirts I desired
