We are totally delighted with our cabin. Had some snagging issues just after installation but were resolved timely and efficiently.

Absolutely brilliant thank you we love our log cabin and have enjoyed many bbqs over the last few months. Driver delivering was fantastic and lovely and company easy to deal with. All round excellent company x

I'd have happily given a 5 * except there was an issue with the electrical cable we had left outside the workshop/shed. Our electrician had wired us up ready for the workshop to be erected. The cable was clearly visible and we had asked that they remember to drill a hole in the floor at rhe back and feed the cable through BEFORE building the shed. They didn't and when we returned home the workshop/ shed was in situ and the cable was UNDER the floor. Not handy and took as us time to cut out a hole large enough to access the cable and drag it through. Can't fault the build other than that. We already have a Logspan log cabin next to the new workshop. This speaks volumes about how confident we were in this company. If we find more space in tge garden we would more than happily have another Logspan build and would highly recommend them to you. You won't be disappointed.

From the meeting we had at Royal Highland show until the final finished summerhouse was complete,this was a self build project when help was needed all the people who answered the phone or replayed to emails were very helpful and had the information that we required I would recommend Logspan

Great service, helpful salesstaff and fitters. Bought milan log cabin with shed 4.6mx3m. Fabulous looking in garden and solid and warm. We added rubber roof and insulation flor and roof. Recommend adding mini gutter from screwfix for the back works well and easy to fit. Recommend barrettine universal preserver for inside and stain preservative to waterproof outside not cheapest but best. Overall great buy and recommend for quality logcabins

Cabin came sooner than expected which was great , the build was faultless and one wee minor fix on the door needed about three weeks after build and was rectified straight away!!!! Highly recommended , been in my cabin every night since build !!!!Great job !!!

We now have a superb outdoor 'lodge' - our children love it!

An excellent new addition to our setting that provides an all year round base for our forest school.

Can't fault the procurement and construction process - clear and professional throughout. The build went really well and it is worth mentioning that the build site was over 100meters from the nearest materials drop off point!

Great support and communication during the whole time.

The sales staff were very informative and helpful, the delivery timeline was very challenging, however this was due to the current pandemic. The team who built the cabin were very good and worked a 12 hour shift to complete the work and through some challenging weather, they also explained clearly what was carried out.

Absolutely brilliant customer service, reliable company, My summerhouse was delivered on time and built in 1 day with very professional builders, I am very pleased with my summerhouse.and would highly recommend Logspan.

I cannot fault our experience with this company - from sales to completion they have been professional and efficient. The high quality of craftsmanship is first rate - the build of cabin was quick and the crew polite, tidy and efficient.

From start of visit to install of 7m BBQ hut , which is fantastic, definitely use an extractor fan , the team at Logspan we first class.

These guys are great. Well made product and couldn't do enough for us during difficult times. Due to covid I had to erect this the 9m2 Finman myself but thanks to Gary and his colleagues thinks worked out great. Can't praise them or the product too highly!!

The team of installers arrived promptly and worked tirelessly, on what was a big job, to build our garden room.
They did a great job and we are delighted with the finished product.
