Excellent product but even better service
We bought the kiln dried firewood and found it to be excellent. However the 5 star rating is doe to their excellent service. They delivered promptly and were extremely helpful in getting the wood to the store. We have restricted access so this was greatly appreciated. The delivery driver was courteous, helpful and friendly. With so many suppliers locally we could pick and choose but we will be staying with Logwise.

Lightning fast delivery and sustainably sourced wood
Having recently moved to Ripon, I was looking for a local firewood supplier and I was really pleased to read that Logwise source their wood locally and sustainably. The price was reasonable so I placed an order for a bulk bag. I was amazed by the speed of the delivery; it was sat on my drive the next morning. The wood is a mixture of species and seems to be burning really well. It would have been nice to know which species I had in the mix but this is a really minor point. The eco firelighters are fantastic! Will be reordering when we need more wood.
