I love the shoes I ordered. They came quickly and looked just like they were pictured. With all the sneakers out there, these, Cadzands in the Sulphur color, stand out as unique as well as comfortable.

I was very impressed with Loints of Holland's customer service. When the size of shoe I ordered didn't fit as expected, I was offered to choose from several options moving forward. I was sent another size to try and exchange at no cost to me (first was a potential manufacturing defect). This is first-rate customer service that is rare these days. In addition to the high-quality product (also difficult to find these days), the experience makes me want to continue supporting this business and friendly staff.

Only the currier BRT in Italy is creating issue for delyvery always very in late and outside the timelines policy of delivery.
Site staff of Lonints Ronald and Mary erre very supportive and escalate immidiately the currier. I suggest to company ti change currier BRT for Italy with DHL. BRT is not working good in italy since months
For the shoes instead I used also years ago and nothing to say about quality, I wouod like that for woman n35 come back in production for the most par of the lines.
In anycase happy with my shopping.

The shoes are beautifully made and the sizing instructions are accurate. I ordered quite a few pairs and then had to make a return from Australia, though, and that had to be done manually. Loints staff were very helpful but I will buy from suppliers in Australia in future.

I‘ve just received my 6th pair of Loints and as usual, I love them! They are so soft but with good support. The leather is of great quality! I highly recommend Loints of Holland!

The buying and delivery experience great but I would like more elaborate descriptions of shoes on the website. For instances, “very soft flexible fabric, will feel like slippers” or “sturdy leather more like a work boot that protects toes”
