Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!

I ordered a cake and a greeting card…
I ordered a cake and a greeting card together for a special occasion. Unfortunately, the cake was delivered on time, but the card arrived a day later. This completely ruined the surprise and the purpose of sending them together.
If you cannot deliver the cake and card at the same time, you should make that clear before accepting the order. Delivering half the gift one day and the other half the next day defeats the whole point.
Very disappointing experience. I hope you improve your delivery service so future customers don’t face the same issue.

Harry Potter cake
Ordered the Harry Potter cake with caramel sponge which arrived in perfect condition and as described. Had lots lots of compliments on the appearance and flavour, the cake was soft and moist couldn't fault it. I have ordered lots of cakes from here over the years as always delivered well boxed and on time. My 86 year old Harry Potter fan Mum was so pleased.Thank you.
