Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. Our customer service team is always on hand to help with enquiries, and the occasional problem!
Now with a team of over 400 people, we’re proud to have established ourselves as a go-to destination for cupcakes and celebration cakes.

Easy and Tasty
Having to organize a cake in the UK while I live and work in the UAE was made so easy with Lola's Cupcakes. Your website is user-friendly, I had consistent follow-up and I was put at ease that things would be done as per our request.
The guests thoroughly enjoyed the cake too, I'm told.

The portion size was shockingly small…
The portion size was shockingly small compared to what had been described and booked online. On top of that, the chocolate had a strange, off-putting taste that didn’t match expectations.
