Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. The cake was absolutely delicious
The cake was absolutely delicious, surprisingly so because it was vegan and gluten free.
I am also grateful to Abhi, the staff member at the Kingston branch, for taking my order, even though I did not place the order in time.
I hope to be placing all my future orders with Lola's.

It is great to hear that you were happy with the cake you received and that it was delicious, and we cant wait to bake for you on another occasion. I am sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the current delivery options that we offer.
We completely understand that a 12-hour delivery window can feel inconvenient. At the moment, due to the high volume of deliveries we manage each day, we’re unable to offer narrower delivery slots consistently. However, improving our delivery service is something we are actively working on. We are currently exploring ways to expand our delivery operations and introduce more precise delivery windows in the future to provide a better customer experience.

Would definitely use again
We used Lola's for our daughter's 5th birthday cake. Ordering was very easy, delivery was brilliant. The cake looked perfect and we had a very happy child! Would definitely use the service again. The only draw back was the cake was ridiculously sugary and sweet - almost to the point of not being nice or edible. So tone down the sugar and it would have been perfect.

Last minute panic order
Last minute panic order! The Kingston store were so helpful in assisting me with ordering a cake suitable for 24 guests for a celebration in 48 hours, so appreciated their knowledge and kindness especially as they were closing!
The chocolate fudge cake and vegan cupcakes were stunning! Thank you from all 24 guests, we’ll definitely order again!
