Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!

I used to order my cakes at Lola’s Cake Bromley. Last order was Little Mermaid’s cake for my daughter’s birthday. We loved it! Order online was easy, collection was quick, prices are reasonable and the cake was absolutely amazing. I would like to have more theme’s cake options.

Birthday cake
I loved the whole aspect of the decoration but unfortunately it was very unpleasant to eat as it was so sweet it was so over powering. Everyone had the same reaction about the cake.

I am sorry to hear that you found your cake to be too sweet.
I have reviewed your order details and I can see that you have ordered our sweet shop layer cake.
This cake is decorated with a buttercream icing which is our sweetest icing type and can sometimes be too sweet for some.
I would perhaps recommend one of our cakes with a cream cheese or mascarpone icing for future as these are not as sweet and may be more to your taste.

"The cake was delicious, I give it 5 stars. However, I didn't appreciate having to pay an extra fee for pick-up. I don't understand why there's an additional charge when I didn't request home delivery. For the service, I rate it 2 stars."

It was a real delight to order a Red Velvet cake at Lola’s. The salesperson was very efficient and courteous. She also took her time to send me reminders and kept me posted about the status.
The cake was delectable- all the guests loved it and most importantly, my dearest daughter whose birthday we were celebrating.

Great delivery, timing was efficient ,cake arrived perfect and tasted absolutely lovely, cake was moist as it was and the frosting was not to sugary making it a perfect pairing to the cake.

The staff in the Bromley branch are always helpful. I ordered a selection of gluten free cupcakes for a birthday celebration and all the varieties were delicious. Placing the order and collecting was seamless.
